In light of the 2025 documentary The Age of Disclosure – in which high level US intelligence officials acknowledge contact with different alien species – we present this exclusive extract from Ed Komarek’s book UFOs Exopolitics and the New World Disorder in which he presents whistleblower and extraterrestrial contact testimony about the secret collaboration between alien races and the global elites that rule this planet. 

There is speculation that the alien species known as the Greys are perhaps just as diverse and spread across the universe as are the human species. Therefore, it is important not to paint what appears to be a vast network of Grey species with the same brush. As with cosmic humans, it seems that the Greys run the gamut from being highly predatory using competitive win-lose tactics, to being cooperative and using win-win tactics. 

Abduction researchers investigating Grey activity seem to fall into two very contradictory camps, those that see threat, like David Jacobs and those that see promise, like Steven Greer and Carol Rosin and John Mack. It’s possible both sides are right and both sides are wrong, because of the diversity of individuals and groups of Greys. Understanding this diversity as with cosmic humans, is complicated by processes of artificial evolution. 

Investigator and probable abductee George LoBuono got me interested in the idea of a Grey Collective and he had this to say: 

Krapf is the first to outline a larger mega-population directly and in detail. It poses an overview of the Greys and the Roswell hybrids, also. We should expect to see some larger populations, given the age of the universe and the way that the Kepler satellite suggests an abundance of Earth-like planets.

I’ll state my experience with Verdants [a race of Greys], again. Among aliens, telepathic and remote sensing is considered a reliable evidentiary basis for data and reporting. I’ve interacted and have criticised Verdants and their associated aliens for years – even my kids have probably been abducted, i.e. their stories of “dreams” about going up with aliens, after one of which I found a perfect, lentil-sized scoop mark taken out of my son’s foot soles (it absolutely wasn’t there before).

In years of interactions & rigorous remote probing and questioning of Verdants, it has been as is all such interaction. I see them, the inside of their craft (faintly) and I hear urgent, clear critiques of them by other aliens. I can say that I know the manner, character and behaviour of some Verdants as well as I know that of some humans with whom I have been acquainted for years.

Even more so, actually, given that in such interactions you resonate into their minds, not just seeing them visually. Having interacted with them and some of their sub-populations, I have absolute zero doubt about their existence. Again, this is in a more alien-like context: where remote checking and detailed interactions are normal, every single day.

I don’t like to use ethical and moral terms like good and evil anymore to compare different races of extraterrestrials, because what the fox may consider moral and ethical, the rabbit, the fox’s prey, might tend to disagree. I see morality and ethics as cohesive agreements that individuals or groups or even civilisations make between themselves, so as to be able to cooperate together and rise up to a higher level of fractal above those that don’t. 

Some investigators like George have come to call the agglomeration of Grey species, the Grey collective, a term for this very diverse group of individuals and civilisations. Likewise maybe we should call the agglomerate of galactic human species the galactic human collective. Some evidence seems to suggest that these two collectives and even other cosmic collectives may be colliding and competing, not only on earth, but on a much larger universal playing field. 

I am suggesting that not only are competitive and cooperative struggles going on within collectives, but between different collectives themselves. I see all this as simply just an extension of what is happening in nature all around us, here on earth. Why should the evolutionary laws of nature not apply elsewhere? The laws of physics do not stop at the edge of space, so why should the laws of nature, politics, science and economics stop at the edge of space.

Charles Hall has told me that the TW [Tall Whites] are in a cold war with the Greys, disliking even hating the Greys, and a source known to Jeff Adams claiming to be the step-son of an Air Force general with close MJ 12 connection told Jeff this: 

The Nordics and the Greys had an alliance which fell apart at this same time. The Nordics, who can be quite warlike when they want to be, opened up a can of whoopass on the Greys, and the war cost the Greys a lot of ground. The Greys were apparently using the Nordics for their own purposes, and the Nordics were not amused. The US/EU/UN still works with the Greys, so we all know where this going to end.

I have heard similar stories of conflict between cosmic humans and Greys from my local contactee friends with one saying that he doubts that the Greys are going to leave us alone anytime soon. It’s pretty obvious from abductee accounts like those of Jim Sparks, that the Greys think of us as property. In this quote from Jim’s book on page 100 this point was made very clear. 

They seemed to sense my rage, and they left me alone for a little bit. I was clear-headed but angry… Then, instead of answering any questions, they made their presentation again, though this time in written form, in their language. I watched it and found that, again, I could comprehend it, and it all underlined their message: “We’ve been around for a while. We’ve been working on your personal family line. We know you well. Humans are ours.”

Jeff Adams’ source gave more detail, but it’s similar to what I have heard elsewhere on the number of ET races known to the government. 

To Jeff: Just got off with some friends in the know. Here is what they had to add. They also told me what to look for; (deleted for security reasons) there are 7 major and 57 minor alien races in our section of the universe. If we expand to include our galaxy, the number rises to 11 and 124. So much for the ‘no life in the rest of the universe’ theory!! LOL 🙂

This leads me to believe that the really big picture in which we are intimately and subtly involved is a continuous struggle where the Greys are pressing and testing the defenses of the celestial human collective over wide portions of universal space. Because we are dealing with advanced sophisticated beings, the competitive struggles can be very subtle and range far beyond our normal perceptual awareness, even into our individual minds creating a cosmic mental battlefield. 

It may be that competitive struggles start as inter-galactic psyops, a kind of advanced multidimensional chess game that may or may not degrade into open material conflict on many material worlds. An analogy would be that a family fight begins with name calling, disinformation, propaganda and lies, then may or may not degrade down into violent action. 

The Greys seem to be fundamentally different than humans with some having atrophied digestive tracts as discussed in alleged military autopsy reports and may be absorbing nutrients through the skin rather than through a digestive tract. The skin may function like the inside of our digestive tracts, that’s why some feel clammy and damp and smelly when touched. 

There is some evidence and speculation that the mutilation of animals and even humans, where the bodies are drained of blood, that some kind of food mixture using blood, is being externally ingested into their bodies through the skin. Maybe there is something to the vampire myths after all. Most Greys interacting with abductees also seem to be lacking of feelings and deep emotions while surpassing us in intellectual abilities.

Accounts of an early meeting by extraterrestrial humans with earth humans have indicated that the Eisenhower Administration and his military generals were warned by these human ETs not to get involved with the Greys. Gerald Light was the first to report on Eisenhower meeting with extraterrestrials. 

Gerald Light’s letter is dated April 16, 1954 to Meade Layne, who was at the time director of Borderland Sciences Research. In the letter Light claimed he was part of a delegation of community leaders who met with extraterrestrials at Edwards Air Force Base.

My dear friends: I have just returned from Muroc [Edwards Air Force Base]. The report is true – devastatingly true! I made the journey in company with Franklin Allen of the Hearst papers and Edwin Nourse of Brookings Institute (Truman’s erstwhile financial advisor) and Bishop MacIntyre of L.A. (confidential names for the present, please). 

When we were allowed to enter the restricted section (after about six hours in which we were checked on every possible item, event, incident and aspect of our personal and public lives), I had the distinct feeling that the world had come to an end with fantastic realism. For I have never seen so many human beings in a state of complete collapse and confusion, as they realised that their own world had indeed ended with such finality as to beggar description. 

The reality of the ‘other plane’ aeroforms is now and forever removed from the realms of speculation and made a rather painful part of the consciousness of every responsible scientific and political group. 

During my two days’ visit I saw five separate and distinct types of aircraft being studied and handled by our Air Force officials – with the assistance and permission of the Etherians! 

I have no words to express my reactions. It has finally happened. It is now a matter of history. President Eisenhower, as you may already know, was spirited over to Muroc one night during his visit to Palm Springs recently. And it is my conviction that he will ignore the terrific conflict between the various ‘authorities’ and go directly to the people via radio and television – if the impasse continues much longer…

The truth seems to be very clear that some Greys are managing the earth human race, considering us their property. It’s very clear in abductee accounts that we are expected to submit to them in every way. However from reports I have been seeing, resistance has been growing from many quarters both inside the breakaway civilisation and outside in the public domain. The net result seems to be a state of insider cooperation based on human failings very well understood and useful to the Greys, and in other cases, resistance, outright hostility, fighting and shoot-downs. One Special Forces patch has “Tastes like Chicken” written around an image of a typical alien face with a red line across the face as well.

I have come to believe that incorporation into the Grey Collective or Mega-population is a far greater security threat to humanity than even overpopulation, war and environmental degradation combined. I believe the Globalist Elite are being secretly manipulated to support the Grey Agenda and we are gradually losing our precious human sovereignty and individual human rights to a Grey controlled Orwellian New World Order. UFO/ET secrecy plays right into the Grey Agenda because lack of awareness by the prey, is to the advantage of the predator.

What is also becoming clear is that it must take thousands perhaps even tens of thousands of Greys and their hybrids cooperating within the classified breakaway civilisation to manage our rapidly growing population and rapid technological evolution. The evidence suggests that these operations are headquartered in underground mazes of tunnels, military bases even underground cities on earth and now perhaps even in joint mining operations on the Moon.

Reports and books by very credible investigators like Richard Sauder in his books on underground and underwater bases describes very well a little of the history behind the breakaway civilisations creation and move to extensive underground secret secure facilities. This began before the 1950’s, when underground excavations and tunnelling began in earnest, again seemingly in parallel with extraterrestrial contact. 

One really can’t delve into this subject of the Greys without coming to the conclusion that the Greys seem to be operating out of subterranean bases now networked into United States subterranean facilities throughout the western United States, the Nation and across the globe. This vast system of excavated underground tunnels, bases, even cities, that are part of the secret infrastructure of the Breakaway Society, would seem to be 50 to a 100 years advanced from what is public, just as is with the Secret Space Program. 

There is little doubt in my mind that the Greys have advanced the aerospace and biotechnology of the US and its allies, far beyond what would have happened naturally. Even the TW and other races have seemed unwilling to give us deep space technology to travel to other solar systems. The Greys seem to see us a weak link in the cosmic human collective, and see it’s to their advantage to give us this technology at the expense of the greater cosmic human collective. 

A pretty clear cut case of Greys accelerating our secret aerospace programs is that of Bill Uhouse. Bill is now dead, but there are video interviews and transcripts that tell his story of working with a Grey on flying disk simulators to train pilots to fly the donated and reverse engineered disks in the government’s possession. His testimony is very compelling and puts another critical node on the timeline to today’s Secret Space Program. 

I am very impressed by how consistent the testimony of so many whistle-blowers is with the historical timeline to today’s Secret Space Program. 

Linda Howe, a credible and well respected UFO/ET investigator, got into this case early. As you see from this quote from one of her early articles, she presents Bill Uhouse’s evidence that the Greys were cooperating extensively with the American military to accelerate the Secret Space Program and Space Fleet. Linda Howe states: 

On visits to the flight simulator, Bill Uhouse would occasionally see who acted as a technical adviser to the ultra-secret program that Bill worked on. It was J-Rod, a typical gray-coloured EBE, hairless and without facial expressions. He had large, black wrap-around eyes or eye-lenses that are typical of these creatures. He is reported to be 200 years old, suffering from cell deterioration and still located at Papoose S-4, Area 51 in Nevada. But I can’t confirm that.

During my investigations of the Secret Space Fleet code named Solar Warden, at least for that part of it operating in our solar system, I contacted and talked to UFO/ET investigator Wendelle Stevens not long before he died. Wendelle was very interested in Solar Warden and was doing his own investigations and we shared information. 

Wendelle told me that he was told by his source or sources that past NSA director Admiral Bobby Inman’s company SAIC was making the flying disks on earth and then flying them up to the very large carrier craft in space. These would seem to be the very same disks that Bill Uhouse was involved with. UFO/ET investigator and activist Steven Greer at his disclosure project Internet site mentions SAIC, a transnational group having access to covert programs dealing with ET related technology. 

I hope the reader can appreciate how all these tiny bits of testimony, while not so significant individually, when put together methodically and in context, make for a very compelling case for the classified breakaway civilisation. We can see how that civilisation is being fostered and developed with the help of several alien races, especially the Greys.

Bobby Inman got a lot of attention in the UFO community years ago when Bob Oechsler secretly recorded a conversation where Inman confirmed his knowledge of extraterrestrials and their craft. This material also illustrates the revolving door between government and the private sector, the so called military-industrial complex. In the article written by Lee Nicholson, Nicholson says:

We are proud to announce that former NASA mission specialist, Robotics expert, and maverick UFO investigator Bob Oechsler has kindly consented to a series of interviews with us here at the Open Minds Forum. Bob’s contributions during the early 1990’s were unparalleled in many respects, not the least of which was his infamous recorded telephone conversation with former Director of the NSA and Deputy Director CIA, retired Admiral Bobby Ray Inman. It is our belief that much of the work that Bob did at that time remains equally important today.

If one reads the complete phone transcript, it is obvious that Inman is talking about extraterrestrial technology when he answers Oechsler’s question: 

“Do you anticipate that any of the recovered vehicles would ever become available for technological research outside of the military circles?” Inman: “Again, I honestly don’t know. Ten years ago the answer would have been no. Whether as time has evolved they are beginning to become more open on it, there’s a possibility.”

Dan Sherman: NSA Intuitive Communicator for the Greys

Dan Sherman claims that he was told by his NSA superiors that the Greys developed a program into which he was unwittingly inducted as a foetus in his mother’s womb in 1963. His role was to become a NSA intuitive communicator to be used to maintain Grey communications after an anticipated future global catastrophic communications breakdown.

The Captain said: 

“In 1947, the US government made contact with an alien species. Today, we commonly refer to them as ‘greys’. Because of this contact, we have learned many things. Some of the things we learned were good, and some not-so-good. And it’s one of those not-so-good things that has ultimately brought you here, Sergeant Sherman.”

The captain went on: 

“The experiment that I’m referring to was, and still is, named ‘Project Preserve Destiny’. It started in 1960 and was fully operational by 1963. It was a genetic management project with the sole purpose of cultivating human offspring so that they would have the ability to communicate with the greys. Your mother was initially abducted in 1960 for tests, then again in 1963 for the actual genetic procedure while you were in the womb.” “Compatibility?” “Yes. Actually, it’s a long story. I’ll try to explain as much as I can but there’s much that I don’t even know. In a nutshell, you’ve been given an interesting ability through what we call genetic management.” 

“I mentioned you have a unique ability; we call it ‘intuitive communications.’ It’s an ability to communicate through the intuitive manipulation of your mind. There have been a handful of people since this ability was perfected that have utilised this skill within the military establishment. There are many others throughout the general world populace that currently have this ability, but until it is brought out by proper exercise methods it lays dormant.”

“In January of 1963, the first successfully managed embryo was produced under PPD supervision. There were only a certain number of ‘intcomm’ capable personnel required; hence the genetic management phase of PPD was terminated in March of 1968.” 

I got interested in this old time tested Dan Sherman case, not only because it is an example of the Greys accelerating our technological development, but because NASA has been warning for years of a massive communication failures caused by severe solar flares that could be extremely catastrophic. For instance, a flare in 1859 fried telegraph wires, just imagine what could happen to our civilisation today if an event like this were to occur.

Communication satellites could be not only destroyed in earth orbit, but the area around the earth would be off limits for satellites for years because of the radiation. Our whole civilisation could be set back a decade or more if this were to happen now when we have ascended so far into the electronics age. No wonder the Greys would be concerned with maintaining communication with their earth human assets and network in such a situation.

Unless a person has been in this field for a long time with a mind suited for intelligence gathering and analysis or has a road map such as this book [UFOs Exopolitics and the New World Disorder] to follow; it’s almost a hopeless task to find the signal in the noise. What the reader is seeing is a benefit of my life’s work in a nutshell, mostly directed to the younger generation that needs to hit the ground running in regards to these matters so as to get society back on a positive evolutionary track.

My interest in the connection between Freemasonry and extraterrestrial encounters dates back to February 17, 1998, when I had a rather vivid and peculiar dream involving a Masonic Lodge, the very same Lodge in which I would eventually be initiated. I should point out that this dream preceded my initiation into Freemasonry by about four years. In fact, when the dream occurred I had no interest in joining Freemasonry or any other fraternal organisation. My knowledge of Freemasonry was limited to a select number of books I had read on the subject while in college and very little else.

This was the dream:

I walk into the Masonic Lodge on Cabrillo Avenue in Torrance, a building I have never before entered. I find myself sitting in a waiting room that contains a lot of empty wooden chairs. I look up at the walls. I see a very realistic painting depicting the face of a white owl. I glance back at the empty chairs, then turn to look once more at the painting. Now the white owl has changed. Its face has merged seamlessly with the attributes of an owl and that of an alien Gray as seen on the cover of Whitley Strieber’s 1987 book, Communion. (In 2015 a UFOlogist named Mike Clelland published a book called The Messengers: Owls, Synchronicity and the UFO Abductee, in which Clelland reports that many abductees often first see their abductors in the form of owls, but in 1998 I had no knowledge that anyone believed owls and extraterrestrials were in any way connected.)

In the dream I am not surprised by this shift. I simply continue staring at the empty chairs. After a while, I glance back at the painting. Now the owl is gone, and the impassive face of a Gray alien has taken its place. At this point, I rise from that uncomfortable little chair in the waiting room, stroll into the hall, and approach a pair of ornate wooden doors above which are carved the words: MASONIC RESEARCH CENTER. I push the doors open and see a vast library of old, rare books on the other side. I very much want to begin reading them all. One particular volume stands out at the bottom of the shelf. I pull out the hefty tome and lift it. In the dim light the title on the cover is unusually clear and is rendered in gothic, golden lettering: THE FREEMASONS & THE GUFFEY CLAN THROUGH THE AGES.

I don’t get a chance to read the book or even open it. Suddenly, I notice that strange, surreal creatures are wandering around in the musty, dust-speckled aisles. They weave in and out of the crowds of normal-looking humans (all of them elderly men) who are standing in the stacks looking at old books as well. The creatures appear to have emerged from a surrealist painting by the likes of a Max Ernst or a Remedios Varo, some mad visionary with a bent imagination. The creatures become aware of my presence and begin to hone in on me. So I put the book back on the shelf and run.

I find a staircase and traverse the steps two at a time. I pass the second floor, then the third floor (even though the Masonic Lodge in Torrance only has two floors). I press my palms against a metal door and emerge onto the roof. It’s nighttime. To my surprise, there’s a helipad on the roof. A helicopter, its blades spinning faster and faster, is waiting for me. For a moment I think I’ve escaped the angry creatures in the library. I start moving towards the helicopter, then pause abruptly. An eyeless stone dog stands between me and the helicopter. It’s motionless. I know it doesn’t want me to pass. Its grey, craggy, stone flesh morphs into real skin. The dog (a greyhound) turns bright red. Then it moves towards me, its crimson eyes growing larger and larger. I turn away from the hound and begin to clamber over the side of the roof. Fortunately, in the complete darkness, my palms discover thick hemp ropes down which I climb to the sidewalk below. I’m confident I’ve escaped… and then I wake up.

This oddly detailed dream, which I jotted down as soon as I awoke, places a picture of an alien in a Masonic antechamber, but the alien’s face is hidden behind a seemingly innocuous portrait that one might find in a waiting room in any doctor’s office in America.

Seventeen years after this unusual dream, during the summer of 2015, I spent several days camping in San Simeon, not far from Hearst Castle and Piedras Blancas. Hearst Castle, of course, was built by William Randolph Hearst, the main inspiration for Orson Welles’ Citizen Kane (1941), considered by numerous film scholars to be the greatest film ever made. Piedras Blancas was the site of the infamous B-flick, The Monster of Piedras Blancas (1958), which is all about a cryptozoological reptilian beastie that regularly emerges from the Pacific Ocean to behead the locals and feast on their remains when he’s not trying to abduct the lighthouse keeper’s nubile young daughter.

Perhaps it was the polar opposite extremes of these two cinematic influences that determined my equally schizophrenic reading material for this particular camping trip: Journey to the East by Herman Hesse, an acknowledged classic of Western literature redolent with extremely sophisticated esoteric symbolism, and Flying Saucer Occupants by Coral and Jim Lorenzen, which would appear to the casual observer to be little more than a lurid paperback collecting dubious claims of encounters with alien beings. Indeed, the front cover bears certain similarities to the layouts of supermarket tabloids like the late, lamented Weekly World News: a sensationalistic black and white photo depicting a glowing flying saucer hovering behind an electrical tower is juxtaposed with carnival-barker-style come-ons emblazoned in bold, orange letters:

In July of 1967, when this book was published, most reasonable people glancing at this cover at their local bookstore or newsstand would have immediately dismissed the contents of the book as outlandish trash, not worthy of their time or attention. How many literature professors, intimately familiar with the complex symbolism woven into Herman Hesse’s well-respected novel, would ever have deigned to open a copy of the Lorenzens’ book for even a few seconds? And yet, if this hypothetical literature professor had done so, he or she might have been pleasantly surprised to discover significant overlaps between the two works.

Hesse’s Journey to the East is steeped in hermetic, Masonic, kabbalistic, and alchemical symbolism. The book is a phantasmagorical allegory about an initiate (a young man named H.H.) in an ages-old secret society known as “The League.” Hesse employs layers upon layers of symbolism to chronicle the man’s physical and psychic journey from ignorance to illumination. Because I’m a 32^nd Degree Scottish Rite Freemason, it was not difficult for me to recognise the numerous Masonic symbols embedded in Hesse’s novel. There’s no doubt in my mind that Hesse was a Freemason himself.

What did surprise me, however, is that such symbolism can also be found in the Lorenzens’ book about alien encounters – though I suspect the Lorenzens were not aware of this symbolism themselves. Such symbolism is not present throughout the book. Indeed, it appears only in a single chapter, Chapter Three, entitled “Report on the Villas-Boas Incident.”

The main feature of this chapter is an extensive scientific report regarding the first alien abduction investigation in modern history, now generally known as “the Villas-Boas Incident.” The report was written in 1958 by Dr. Olavo Fontes, at the time a Professor of Medicine at the National School of Medicine of Brazil, and a journalist named Joao Martins. The Antonio Villas-Boas case predates the far more famous 1961 Betty and Barney Hill abduction, the subject of a bestselling book entitled The Interrupted Journey by John G. Fuller. Fuller’s book became the basis for Richard A. Colla’s 1975 made-for-TV-movie The UFO Incident starring James Earl Jones and Estelle Parsons. The Villas-Boas case never quite received the same amount of attention as the Hill abduction, perhaps because it did not occur in the United States.

Villas-Boas was a twenty-three-year-old Brazilian farmer whose life abruptly turned upside down at 1:00 A.M. on Wednesday, October 16, 1957, when a metallic, oval-shaped object descended from the sky and landed in the very same soil Villas-Boas was in the process of tilling with the help of his family’s tractor. Nonhumans emerged from the craft, abducted Villas-Boas, and dragged him into the ship where they took blood samples from his chin, then forced him to have sex (twice) with a nude, humanoid blonde who certainly did not appear to be from Earth.

As I read the details of this encounter, I recalled a passage from Dr. Jacques Vallee’s 1988 book Dimensions: A Casebook of Alien Contact, in which Vallee commented that many of the most confusing and absurd details associated with the testimonies of alien contactees sometimes reminded him of the seemingly inexplicable initiation rites practised by secret societies throughout the ages:

Is this confusion technique deliberately used to effect change on a major scale? Answering such questions could also help us to understand the strong resemblance that anyone who has examined the beliefs of esoteric groups could not fail to note between certain UFO encounters and the initiation rituals of secret societies. This “opening of the mind” to a new set of symbols that is reported by many witnesses is precisely what the various occult traditions also try to achieve.

The Initiation of Antonio Villas-Boas

Many of the details reported by Villas-Boas mirror Masonic initiation rites. From an esoteric perspective, Villas-Boas’ name itself is of considerable interest. Names (both proper and place names) have always been intertwined with esoteric Fortean phenomena. For example, the late James Shelby Downard has written extensively about the connections between hermeticism and toponymy, or the study of place names, in such essays as “The Call to Chaos: From Adam to Atom By Way of the Jornada del Muerto” and “Sorcery, Sex, Assassination and the Science of Symbolism.” Loren Coleman, in his 1983 book Mysterious America, calls this line of research “the Name Game”:

As you travel about in this Mysterious America, be it on your way to work or play, or to some vacation destination, you pass many streets, or transit many towns with names we all have come to take for granted. How often have we paused to think about the meaning behind the names? Was the word of some special significance? Was this location named for a person, another place or an event? And if it was named for a person, what did their name originally mean? And who and why was it tacked on to this place? Are there some harmonic insights we can gain from looking a little deeper? Why do some places or even people seem to be the focus of inexplicable events while others are the host of more mundane incidents?

In Chapter 3, I have discussed devils’ names and Fortean places. The fact that some areas had strange and weird vibrations or events connected to them gave native Americans and later settlers enough evidence to actually label these locales after the Ruler of Hell. In America, the use of the name “devil” regarding certain geographical fixtures, therefore, gives some indication of a history of mystery surrounding these spots.

There is indeed a power in place names that can be traced back much farther than the arrival of the Europeans in North America. Other researchers have noted the undeniable significance of this power. Former police officer David Paulides, author of the Missing 411 series of books regarding a slew of mysterious disappearances in our National Forests, recently commented on this Name Game himself while being interviewed about his 2014 book, Missing 411—The Devil’s in the Detail:

The word “devil” and other names that have negative connotations seem to come up with disappearances an abnormal amount of time, as this “Devils Nest” [in the Rocky Mountains] did, as in the name The Devil’s in the Detail, this latest book. So that title has double meanings, meaning that the “devil” name is used a lot in locations where these people disappear […] and the detail is important. If we could really know why [these locations] were named that way, that would be fascinating.

Related to toponymy is anthroponomastics, or the study of proper names. Charles Fort, the father of paranormal research, commented on anthroponomastics several times throughout his four books. For example:

In the New York Herald, Nov. 26, 1911, there is an account of the hanging of three men for the murder of Sir Edmund Berry Godfrey on Greenberry Hill, London. The names of the murderers were Green, Berry, and Hill. It does seem that this was only a matter of chance. Still, it may have been no coincidence, but a savage pun mixed with murder…

There is a view by which it can be shown, or more or less demonstrated, that there never has been a coincidence. That is, in anything like a final sense. By a coincidence is meant a false appearance, or suggestion, of relations among circumstances. But anybody who accepts that there is an underlying oneness of all things accepts that there are no utter absences of relations among circumstances – or that there are no coincidences, in the sense that there are no real discords in either colours or musical notes…

The name “Villas-Boas” is loaded with such coincidental/non-coincidental Masonic significance. In every Masonic Lodge stands two pillars: Boaz and Jachin. According to Albert Pike, who designed the thirty higher degrees of Scottish Rite Masonry as they are performed today, “Unity is Boaz, and the Binary is Jachin. The two columns, Boaz and Jachin, explain in the Kabalah all the mysteries of natural, political, and religious antagonism.” According to scientist Richard Schowengerdt, a 33^rd Degree Scottish Rite Freemason, Boaz and Jachin “are the twin pillars of equilibrium.” Unity is Boaz. Boaz is unity. And what could be more symbolic of “unity” than people from two different worlds bonding together in sexual union in order to produce offspring, which is what ostensibly occurred aboard an interplanetary spacecraft in Brazil in 1958, according to the testimony of Villas-Boas.

Of course, Boas’ is only the first of many similar reports that will follow throughout the decades. In Latin, the word “villas” translates as “houses.” Therefore, his name might be translated as “Houses of Unity.” This is exactly what Masonic Lodges were intended to be from their very inception – temporary autonomous zones where members of various religions, cultures and social classes could unite under a single banner, i.e., the melding of various “worlds” into one.

It’s interesting to note that Villas-Boas’ encounter occurred in the early morning hours of October 16, 1957, less than two weeks after the launch of the first artificial Earth satellite, Sputnik 1. Symbolically, Sputnik pierced the veil between worlds, initiating the slow deterioration of the artificial boundaries between nations, a natural evolution of the universalist philosophies of Freemasonry.

As if on purpose, Masonic symbolism is woven throughout Villas-Boas’ encounter. After initially being pursued by a lone five-foot-tall humanoid wearing gray overalls and a helmet, Villas-Boas is subsequently attacked by “three men” who proceed to subdue him. This mirrors the third degree initiation in which the candidate is attacked by “three ruffians” who use violence in an attempt to wrest a sacred object from the initiate. As even the most casual student of Freemasonry knows, the number three recurs throughout the various degrees of Masonry. As I wrote in my first book, Cryptoscatology: Conspiracy Theory As Art Form:

[N]ot only are there three original Grand Masters, three assassins, and a total of thirty-three degrees of the Masonic hierarchy, but there are also three Principal officers, three symbolic steps […], three obligations, three lights upon the Altar, three “pillars” that support the Lodge, and three knocks that gain the candidate admission into the Lodge, followed by three more knocks to summon the Brethren.

The number three recurs throughout Villas-Boas’ tale as well. Not only is he attacked by the aforementioned three humanoids, but at one point he mentions that the “weird men” were wearing “three-cornered” metal plates on their helmets, from the forehead of which “sprouted three round silvery metal tubes.” What appears to be a clock inside the craft keeps time in three-hour increments: “There was a hand on it and a black mark that corresponded to our 6 o’clock. Other markings of the same kind were to be seen where our 9 o’clock and 3 o’clock stand.” He also mentions “three metal poles” affixed to a windowless room in the craft (just as a Lodge room has no windows). These “poles” must have been important as one of the humanoid men points at them as if wanting Villas-Boas to take special note of them. Villas-Boas describes them as appearing to be “on fire” even though he can’t “feel any warmth coming from them.” These “poles” are analogous to the three pillars of Freemasonry. Beyond Jachin and Boaz, there is indeed a third pillar. Richard Schowengerdt has said:

[T]here’s a third pillar which is not mentioned in Masonry much but it’s alluded to when they talk about the three lights of Masonry – the Master, Senior Warden, and Junior Warden – that the central pillar is the Master who harmonises these two streams of the two pillars. Wisdom, Strength, and Beauty. And […] the Master is considered to be Beauty, in the centre, and there’s Strength and Wisdom, the other two poles.

Not only does Villas-Boas mention “three legs” of a tripod that hold up the craft many times throughout his account, but he goes out of his way to stress that sleep eluded him for several days after his encounter; not until “the third night” did sleep return.

Villas-Boas describes being guided up “a ladder” that leads him to his experiences with the people of the stars or the heavens; the path of the Masonic initiate has been illustrated in this way, symbolically, for centuries. Villas-Boas describes his arms being “held fast by two of the men,” which is what occurs in the third degree. The ruffians undress him, which also happens in the third degree, then “make signs” at him.

Even more important than the ladder in Freemasonry is the “square.” The central symbol of Freemasonry has always been the square and compass. The question, “Are you on the square?” became a surreptitious method of asking a stranger if he was a fellow Freemason. Of course, over time, this eventually filtered down into popular slang as the question “Are you being square with me?” (i.e., “Are you being honest with me?”). Villas-Boas mentions squares throughout his account. Not only is he led into a “small square room” by the three ruffians, but he also notes “many little square lamps fitted into the border where the walls met and circling it entirely.”

The core of the ship is described as an egg-shaped oval bordered on either side by two small, square rooms. The outside of the craft itself is described as an egg held up by three poles or pillars. The egg symbolism is suggestive on several different levels, as Villas-Boas’ entire purpose for being taken aboard the craft is to fertilise the eggs of the female entity with whom he is compelled to have sexual relations. As Albert Pike notes in his influential Masonic book, Morals and Dogma, the letter “G” circumscribed by the square and compass, a symbol found in every Masonic Lodge, is representative of “the generative principle,” i.e., the act of sexual union, the ultimate symbol of “unity” or balancing “the cosmic she and he,” which was the principle goal of the ancient kabbalistic alchemists.

The symbolism continues as the three ruffians extract DNA samples from Villas-Boas and collect his blood in a “chalice-shaped vessel.” A blood-filled chalice immediately evokes images of the Holy Grail, which has been tied into Masonic lore in such popular books as Holy Blood, Holy Grail by Michael Baigent, Richard Leigh and Henry Lincoln. These three authors believe that “the Holy Grail” is symbolic of a particular bloodline, not a physical chalice. Was Villas-Boas chosen at random by these beings, or was there something about his bloodline – his heritage, his DNA – that made him an ideal candidate for this ritualistic ceremony to balance “the cosmic she and he”?

As in any mind-expanding ritual, Villas-Boas’ body undergoes extreme stress before the moment of illumination. After being exposed to some kind of strange-smelling smoke, Villas-Boas vomits. In The Teachings of Don Juan: A Yaqui Way of Knowledge, Carlos Castaneda reports that “an effortless sensation of vomiting without the contraction of the diaphragm” preceded his own initial mystical experience induced by the consumption of the sacred peyote plant. This experience is quite similar to the age-old folktales of a hapless villager being abducted by fairies and dragged down into subterranean caverns where the human is given strange-tasting pieces of bread or cake imbued with an otherworldly aroma that causes the abductee to undergo a mind-altering experience and fall asleep for many years, as happens to the title character of Washington Irving’s classic 1819 short story, “Rip Van Winkle.” The connection couldn’t be clearer when Villas-Boas mentions that the shoes of his abductors look “like those described in the fairy tales of old.”

It’s also worth noting that one of the three ruffians “spread a liquid all over” his skin with an object “that looked like a wet sponge.” The liquid “was clear as water but much thicker and odourless,” which parallels the story Albert K. Bender tells in his 1962 book Flying Saucers and the Three Men. Since his tale was first released, Bender’s account of being abducted by a trio of otherworldly “men in black” has filtered into mass consciousness via a steady stream of blockbuster films, TV shows, cartoons, and science fiction novels. Before the “men in black” became a household phrase, it was known only to a select group of UFOlogists familiar with Bender’s odd tale. Bender insisted three extraterrestrial beings dressed in black materialised in his bedroom, then whisked him away to a subterranean laboratory beneath Antarctica where, with “great efficiency,” “[t]hree beautiful women, dressed in tight white uniforms”:

…removed every stitch of clothing, leaving me naked as the day I was born. For a moment all three of them stood there, looking at my body, but I believe the motive was not one of curiosity – they probably were checking to see if they missed anything, for one of them then removed my watch.

Two of them remained beside me as the other walked into the shadows and returned with a metal vial containing a liquid which they poured over my body. Then the three massaged the liquid into my skin. As they did so my body became warm as if heat were being applied. They massaged every part of my body without exception, turning me over on my stomach and my sides. They expressed no emotion, neither that of revulsion nor enjoyment, as they carried out the matter.

Villas-Boas’ claims about being similarly anointed by three supernal beings was reported to Fontes and Martins in February 1958 but did not appear in print until the publication of the June 1962 issue of a Brazilian UFO periodical entitled SBESDV Bulletin, by which point Bender’s book would already have been written, if not published. Villas-Boas’ story wasn’t widely reported in the United States until the release of the Lorenzens’ aforementioned 1967 book, Flying Saucer Occupants.

Consider the significance of such peculiar recurring details, and not just the ritualistic baptism in water – which is described by both Bender and Villas-Boas in such a blatantly sexual context that the whole ceremony comes off as a surreal distortion of the Catholic sacrament, or perhaps a return to the sacrament’s original source, as Masonic scholar C.W. Leadbeater claims the Catholic baptism has its roots in the Ancient Mysteries from which Masonry itself emerged – but also the Masonic recurrence of the number three. What are the chances of these details overlapping between two different reports from two very different people dwelling in two separate countries? Also worthy of note is the fact that Bender claims his abduction occurred in 1953, four years before Villas-Boas’ encounter.

Reopening the Investigation

In 2000, almost ten years after Villas-Boas’ death in 1991 at the relatively young age of fifty-two, UFOlogist Pablo Villarrubia Mauso reopened the investigation into Villas-Boas’ abduction and uncovered fascinating information never reported by the Lorenzens in Flying Saucer Occupants or elsewhere. Mauso went to the trouble of visiting the original landing site in Brazil and interviewed Villas-Boas’ nephew, Joao Francisco de Queiroz, who informed Mauso that the scene of Villas-Boas’ abduction had been a nexus for paranormal phenomena as long as the local inhabitants could remember:

“During the night, right there at Hacienda Aldeia o Mata [the phrase ‘Aldeia o Mata’ translates roughly from Portuguese as ‘Village in the Woods’], we would all listen in terror to the sound of a hand beating the handle of a large corn-grinding mortar inside a shack. When we went to check, there was no one around and the handle remained tied, suspended, and the mortar’s opening was covered by a large clay urn.” And there was more. Joao Queiroz also said that they could hear the sound of a galloping horse that couldn’t be seen, while the farm hands told stories of a “black-hooded phantom horseman” […]. We returned to Queiroz’s house. His wife, Maria Olimpia, told us that her husband’s parents had committed suicide in 1947 and that the local peasants attributed the tragedy to the fact that the area was bewitched.

Even more intriguing, perhaps, is the fact that Villas-Boas was abducted more than once – the second time by members of official government agencies in the United States. According to Villas-Boas’ seventy-year-old sister, Odercia Villas-Boas, soon after telling his story to Dr. Olavo Fontes and Joao Martins, Antonio received a visit from “five men dressed in green uniforms” who compelled him to travel with them to the United States:

“Some [of these men] spoke Portuguese; others English. I think they were from NASA. They kept visiting several times over eight or ten years. […]. He was subjected to questioning and the lie detector in California. He was taken to an open area where the remains of a flying saucer could be found. They then showed him another, in good condition, inside an enclosed area like a museum, asking him if it was identical to the one he had seen. He told me that it was very similar. He was always accompanied by a journalist who had a foreign name and acted as an interpreter, and was always surrounded by uniformed American personnel.”

“He was in the United States for three days,” Odercia told us. “They later gave him two properties near San Francisco and San Rafael. I managed to see the deeds. They sent him back to Rio, where he spent between fifteen and twenty days in a hospital, undergoing new examinations and tests. This affected him greatly, it seems. According to the medical report, Antonio was in excellent mental health and not crazy.”

Did US authorities try to purchase Antonio’s silence by giving him properties in California? Why was he not allowed to speak publicly?

Even if the general scientific community did not take Villa-Boas’ story seriously, it seems that someone in a position of authority was taking it quite seriously indeed. The reason I myself took Villa-Boas’ story seriously when I first encountered it is because I recognised the obvious Masonic symbolism contained within it. It’s more than possible that certain initiated individuals in the corridors of power had a similar reaction back in the late 1950s and responded accordingly.

Freemasonry & Extraterrestrial Encounters

In 2003, between undergoing the first and second degrees of Freemasonry in the very same building that featured so prominently in my February 17, 1998 dream, a fellow initiate lent me a book entitled At the Sign of the Square and Compasses by Freemason Geoffrey Hodson that also seems to connect Masonic rituals with the manifestation of entities just as diminutive as the extraterrestrials described by so many abductees. In Section 3 of the book, “The Lesser Mysteries Continue to be Enacted,” Hodson describes – in a rather nonchalant manner – how “little people” or “gnomes” would sometimes appear in his Lodge during the enactment of the initiatory degrees:

If the [Junior Deacon] does not command [the] respect [of these little people], they will laugh and mimick him and the candidate. In fact the gnomes are amused by most of the ceremony, except at those times when its force arrests them, when they become serious for the time being. The gnomes play about the temple floor, march with grotesque and absurd mimicry behind the procession, and follow the journeys, thoroughly enjoying themselves all the time and really getting much fun out of the ceremony. They are a superior kind of gnome – in a way probably representatives of their race, sent by their superiors in that capacity…

These gnomes might be called “ceremonial” gnomes. They are dressed in an imitation of our [Masonic] clothes, generally in bright colours, vivid red and green being the most common… The same is true of apron, collar, and jewels, which they assume on occasion. Apparently some of these little people stay in the temple, as I have noticed them, before the ceremony starts, and frequently join the procession on entrance, following the [Rightful Worshipful Master] through the two lines of officers – sometimes with a R.W.M. of their own, with [Deacons] and staff complete…

I have not usually noticed more than three gnomes at a time in the temple, though there may be more…

It could be significant that Hodson often noticed the “little people” appearing in the Lodge in groups of three. If we extend this line of thinking further, it might be equally significant that Whitley Strieber, the aforementioned author of Communion, has discussed the importance of the number three in his own otherworldly encounters. According to Peter Levenda, author of Sinister Forces: A Grimoire of American Political Witchcraft, Strieber has often spoken of:

[…] hearing “nine knocks” associated with visits by his alien stalkers […]. The “nine knocks” of Whitley Strieber’s experience is related both in Transformation and in his later book, Breakthrough. They took place on the evening of August 27, 1986 while he was at his upstate New York cabin. There was a definite series of three distinct sets of three knocks, for a total of nine knocks, coming from a corner of the ceiling. Strieber seemed to understand this as an invitation to go outside and meet “the visitors”… an invitation he declined, from fear. His cats also reacted in terror, staring at the spot the knocks came from.

Then, as he relates in Breakthrough, exactly eighteen months to the day from his experience of nine knocks, an entire town – Glenrock, Wyoming – was awakened at 2:45 A.M. on February 27, 1988 by the same phenomenon: nine knocks in three groups of three on the sides of their houses, their cars, their doors. This was related in the local newspaper, but no one ever discovered the cause of this bizarre event.

And when Strieber wrote The Secret School in 1997, it contained nine “lessons” divided into three “triads.”

Rocket engineer Jack Parsons, co-founder of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, claimed to have communed with an alien being in the Mojave Desert in February of 1945; significantly, this close encounter was followed by mysterious knocks that arrived in three sets of three on January 10, 1946 while Parsons performed magic rituals in his home in Pasadena.

What could be the significance of frequently discredited, dubious phenomena like UFO sightings and alien encounters being in some way connected to Masonic symbolism that dates back to antiquity? Why would superior beings from lightyears away feel the need to mimic esoteric rituals enacted for centuries by Freemasons and other related secret societies? Of course, it could be that these are the wrong questions. Perhaps these “superior beings” aren’t mimicking anything at all of human origin. Perhaps the Freemasons are mimicking them. Perhaps these beings are the source of the symbolism in the first place.

Consider this passage from Anthony Roberts and Geoff Gilbertson’s little-known 1980 book, The Dark Gods:

A bold acknowledgement of the supernatural, ultraterrestrial element at the roots of Masonry was made by a certain Dr. George Oliver, writing in 1823. Dr. Oliver was a historian of the masonic tradition and he openly recognised that the inner secrets of Masonry were not only confined to this planet. He wrote: “The ancient masonic tradition – and I have good reasons for believing this – says that our secret science existed before the creation of this globe and that it was widespread throughout other solar systems.” The “good reasons” that Dr. Oliver professed stemmed from the archives of the masonic order to which he belonged.

Therefore, the speculations laid out here regarding the connections between Masonic symbolism and alleged extraterrestrial encounters are not at all new; in fact, they date back almost two hundred years, if not more.

It might be worthwhile for dedicated UFOlogists to revisit classic abduction reports aside from that of Antonio Villas-Boas and see if such blatant Masonic symbolism appears in those cases as well. This could very well be the key to unlocking essential aspects of what has come to be known as the alien abduction phenomenon.

Millions of people believe that advanced extra-terrestrial races have visited Earth, whether in recent or ancient times. Some suspect DNA was itself seeded onto this world or that human beings are the product of genetic engineering by galactic civilisations. We won’t be looking at modern visitations here, but we will offer a fresh perspective on the evidence for ancient astronauts. 

Anybody interested in whether aliens have visited this planet will know the names Zecharia Sitchin and Erich von Däniken. Not only have these two researchers sold millions of books, but their ideas form the basis for the extremely popular cable television show ‘Ancient Aliens’. The fundamental core arguments offered by Sitchin and Von Däniken permeate through all discussions on the ancient astronaut subject.

Zecharia Sitchin argued that clay tablets left by the ancient Mesopotamian civilisations detailed a prehistoric extra-terrestrial visitation. According to Sitchin’s translations of these tablets, 450,000 years ago rocket ships visited Earth from a planet called Nibiru located out on the fringes of our solar system. These cosmic travellers came in search of gold, required for use in their technologies. The Nibiru-ite workers disliked the difficult work of mining and processing gold ore, leading to the expedition’s scientists engineering a slave species. The genetic engineering involved splicing alien genes into the genome of the resident archaic hominins, Homo erectus. The result of this Nibiru-ite genetic engineering was the first Homo sapiens, a species that became self-determining once the aliens left our planet, 2,500 years ago.

Erich von Däniken took a different direction with his search for evidence of ancient aliens, involving a laborious examination of ancient megalithic sites, artefacts and the legends. Von Däniken deduced that extra-terrestrial beings visited Earth during the latter part of the Stone Age before the first complex cultures had formed. His stated position is that we can see the evidence for this relatively recent ET contact when we look at human religions and myths. Däniken suggests that in some instances ancient cultures may have even recorded the faces of these ‘alien gods’ in their works of art. As to why these advanced beings came here and interacted with primitive humans there is less of a clear manifesto. Perhaps these beings were simply exploring the cosmos and stumbled onto our planet. Von Däniken suggests that human civilisations emerged due to the accelerating effect of contact between our ancestors and these advanced beings.

The books written by Zecharia Sitchin and Erich von Däniken differ in many ways, but they do share a few fundamental correlations. In both models summarised above, the visiting entities initiate human upliftment from the Stone Age and start us on the road towards technological development. The most problematic overlap between these hypotheses is the reliance on highly subjective evidence which allows for interpretations which exclude extra-terrestrial beings. This last point is important for us all to acknowledge because it is for just this reason that, according to surveys, around 50% of people still don’t believe aliens have visited this planet. 

Highlighting the limitations affecting the current state of the ancient alien investigation is certainly not meant as any personal attack, neither on Sitchin or Von Däniken. Without these legendary researchers, there might be no conversation at all happening on this subject. To move the ancient astronaut debate forward, we first have to acknowledge the elephant in the room, the lack of smoking gun evidence. Megaliths and pyramids are human engineered constructions, cuneiform and hieroglyphs are human recordings, aliens might have inspired some of them, but we can’t prove that. People are still waiting for evidence that will convince their sceptical boss, dismissive husband or sneering best-friend.

Highlighting the fact that the best material on offer is insufficient to convince people beyond the echo-chamber of our insular community might sound down-heartening. I imagine many of you, just like us, are tired of conversations in which you try to share your belief in ancient astronauts and end-up feeling awkward, annoyed or upset. It stinks to be thought of as wildly eccentric or looked at like a mindless idiot – trust us, we get it.

Having co-authored two books on the role extra-terrestrial intelligence has played in human history, estranging friends and embarrassing our families in the process, we understand what it would mean to find solid objective ET evidence. Having already experienced initiation in the searing fire of public opinion, we felt there was nothing to lose in us giving it another go. We then did something that nobody else had done before – we abandoned the guidance of ancient records and decided to follow the clues offered in the book ALCHERINGA – When the first ancestors were created. The respected Australian psychic medium, Valerie Barrow, wrote this book back in 2002. We have been lucky enough to meet Valerie and know her to be of outstanding character.

ALCHERINGA – When the first ancestors were created tells the tale of advanced extra-terrestrial colonists travelling to Earth in a remote epoch. After experiencing the loss of their ship and considerable hardships on the planet surface, the surviving crew members engineer the ancestors of Homo sapiens. The alien scientists modified the genome of the resident hominin species, also splicing some of their genes into the new creature. The core story here may well sound familiar, having overlaps with the works of Sitchin, Von Däniken, and a dozen other researchers. 

So why is ALCHERINGA – When the first ancestors were created superior to any other possible sources we could have used? 

The answer to the above is that this manuscript is incredibly detailed, describing several major anomalous events and occurrences on such a scale they would leave tangible traces if real. The book details the author’s direct interactions with an extra-terrestrial consciousness, a star being which communicated through an ancient artefact left in her care. The entity informed Valerie that she would meet people who would help her with the book’s content. Subsequently, over twenty individuals shared their retrieved past life memories of the ancient visitation. Many of the people seemed to have specifically entered Valerie’s life to offer their piece of the story, and most were unconnected to each other. 

Some of you might be wondering how a tale involving discarnate entities and past life memories can be considered any more scientific and objective than theories based on pots shaped like spaceships or ancient writings describing space gods. Valerie was herself perfectly aware that the book would attract natural scepticism and when it was first published she chose to end the manuscript with the following words:

“The information in this book is presented to you without any claims whatsoever. It is up to you to decide if there is meaning within, and if its message applies to you.”

Well, we had our reasons to believe there was indeed meaning within and that the message did apply to us. We also knew that some past life memories had been scientifically proven to offer genuine records of historical events. Professor Ian Stevenson, of the University of Virginia’s Division of Perceptual Studies, spent decades investigating past lives and successfully used children’s recollections of recent past lives to track down places, former family members and historical events. Under rigid scientific protocols, a sceptical academic had proven that past life recall could be a reliable source for locating objective evidence. 

With so many people offering their memories of the events we were rather spoiled for choice as to which parts we should attempt to validate. Some of the individuals remembered being crew members on the colony ship from the Pleiades, while others recalled being reptilians from Orion in control of Earth and responsible for destroying the mothership. A few sets of memories even involved people being born into the first generation of hybrids created by the Pleiadian survivors. 

We selected some of the most significant claims in the narrative and then set out to see if we could validate them. Sixteen years had passed since the book was released which meant there was some chance that relevant scientific discoveries might have occurred in the adjoining years. Not only did we find several such scientific studies which offered support for the story, but these had all been published long after the book, meaning Valerie would not have had access to this data. 

Our first aim was to attempt the impossible, track down any physical evidence of the Pleiadian mothership. The ship represents a technology far ahead of our own, not only able to travel vast distances but itself sentient and grown from a type of crystal. This vessel is described as colossal, crewed by 50,000 beings. The weapon used in the ambush combined electromagnetic forces with sonic resonance – it not only shattered the hull but also melted most of the fragments, which then fell toward the planet’s surface. 

We must admit that we were doubtful that any traces of an alien vessel destroyed in space hundreds of thousands of years ago would remain today. Surely, this was one part of the story we would just have to leave to the open-mindedness of the reader. Our state of pessimism remained right up until the moment we found the darned thing, and not just a few pieces but a significant part of the wreckage. To our great fortune academics had already retrieved pieces of the debris and carried out an extensive analysis of the material. Numerous scientists had published papers on the subject with all of them admitting a high degree of bafflement. We were the exception, rather than being baffled we were distinctly elated!

With the remnants of the mothership located we now had the location confirmed, Australia, and a date, 800,000 years ago (approximately). The original story had the survivors heading straight down from the mothership in their escape crafts, arriving in Australia, meaning that we now had another important correlation in the claims. Assuming the mothership exploded in geostationary orbit, both survivors and wreckage should come directly down and hit the same region of land (or sea) immediately below. The survivors landed near Gosford, where one individual purportedly used a laser to engrave a record of the tragic events in stone. It is beyond our ability to prove this part of the account is true, but the images engraved on a rock wall near Gosford do seem to tell the tale of a wrecked craft and its marooned survivors.

Among the past-life accounts, two people offered details of another mission to Earth, five years after the colony ship’s destruction. This time a military fleet travelled through the Pleiades gateway and arrived in orbit, dragging enormous asteroids behind them. The pilots of these vessels, a leonine race, gave a summary notice to the remaining reptilians to vacate their subterranean bases and return to Orion, or face obliteration. Suffice to say, the planet was inevitably pummelled by huge space-rocks, bringing about a cataclysmic result.

We all know that occasionally our planet takes a hit from a rogue meteor of considerable size, it is infrequent, but it happens. The Earth being hit by multiple large objects from space at the same point in time, with impacts across multiple continents, that would be a huge anomaly. We assumed that any event on that scale would be something easily recognised by geologists, the fact we had never heard of anything like that made us dubious. It turned out that the reason why we had not heard of such a bombardment was that the evidence had only been discovered in late 2016. A team of geologists from Heidelberg University identified evidence of multiple large asteroid impacts across Asia, Australia, Canada and Central America all in a short period. Their models suggested a resulting global cataclysm of fires, earthquakes, tsunamis and immense dust clouds blocking the sun.

With our research producing one confirmation after another, we grew confident in the book’s guidance. We identified a few additional correlations and then explored the validity of claims made about the method of travel, also the suggestion that DNA had first been seeded on this planet billions of years ago. However, we still had one major mountain to climb, the acquisition of detailed scientific evidence to support the claim that our species, Homo sapiens, were the product of extra-terrestrial genetic engineering. Many researchers have claimed such a cosmic creation story, but none have ever produced relevant academic data which could convincingly validate the theory.

Well, this last requirement would have been a nearly insurmountable challenge, requiring months of delving into complex academic papers. That was if not for the fact we had already read through most of the relevant evolutionary studies during the research process for our previous book, The Forgotten Exodus: The Into Africa Theory of Human Evolution. We were already aware of many anomalies in the human evolutionary story, peculiarities within the genome and of evidence suggesting Australia as ground zero for ‘Eden’.

With some additional combing through scientific papers, we were able to build on what we already knew, highlighting a raft of genetic anomalies which were in our view the fingerprints for genetic engineering. One important part of our argument was the fusion of two human chromosomes resulting in chromosome-2. This fusion event has been claimed as evidence for ET manipulation many times before, but scientists have always countered that chromosomes can fuse naturally, something observed in many species. Indeed, even wild and tame horses differ in the number of chromosomes they carry due to just such a fusion event.

Where the fusion of chromosome-2 becomes a big neon flashing light for ET modifications to early humans is when we consider the fact that the greatest sudden acceleration in human brain size coincides with the dating of this fusion event. The same moment that chromosome-2 fuses also marks the beginning of genetic diversion from the last shared ancestor for Neanderthals, Denisovans and Sapiens. These three human lineages all carry the fused chromosome, and the benefits it gifted them were so incredible that humans with 46 chromosomes would go on to populate the entire planet while those with 48 rapidly went extinct. One of the genes that accompanied this sudden expansion in our neural capabilities is ARHGAP11B, responsible for development of the neocortex. ARHGAP11B has been highlighted as anomalous by scientists because it is a tiny snippet of DNA from a much longer gene somehow trimmed out, duplicated and then reinserted into the human genome. To call this sudden replication and insertion of such an important gene sequence suspicious is to understate the matter enormously. 

There is of course far more to this investigation than we can share in a single piece of writing. Valerie Barrow has brought back to humanity the forgotten story of the Pleiadian starship, Rexegena, while all we have done is confirm that this story is nonfiction. The final gift from our star-born ancestors is the ET disclosure for which so many of us have hungered. Make no mistake this is ‘disclosure by the back door’ free from the moderation of shady ex-spooks or former politicians. Five years ago, in 2017, the New York Times broke the story on a black-budget Pentagon program tasked with investigating UFOs. Since then, a steady stream of photos and videos have been leaked by whistleblowers and politicians interested in opening the hitherto taboo subject of UFOs to the mainstream.

As recently as March of 2023, journalists Jeremy Corbell and George Knapp published photos showing “UFOs” over conflict zones including the “Baghdad Phantom” and the “Mosul Orb.” Though the evidence is intriguing, the search may be too linear. The assumption is that flying saucers are machines with physical properties.

There is another school of thought which claims that UFOs and aliens are interdimensional in nature. This theory is understandably harder to fathom due to our linear mode of thinking and three-dimensional conditioning. Yet, this would help explain some of the more perplexing questions related to the phenomenon, including why they are so hard to spot with the naked eye or by radar.

Over 100 years ago, in 1918, English writer and occultist Aleister Crowley, whilst holed up in a rented apartment on Central Park West in New York City, conducted a series of magickal experiments.

According to occult lore, those operations opened an interdimensional portal, a gateway if you will, allowing beings commonly referred to as ‘grey aliens’ entry into our world.

The Amalantrah Workings

Aleister Crowley arrived in America shortly after the outbreak of World War 1, fleeing England on the ill-fated British ocean liner Lusitania. After several jaunts across the States, Crowley took up residence in New York and, in September 1917, shacked up with one Roddie Minor, a married woman whom Crowley describes as “big, muscular and sensual,” and in possession of a “well-developed clairvoyant faculty.”

Roddie would serve Crowley as his “scarlet woman,” and together the two embarked upon ceremonial sex magick rituals in an attempt to open a transdimensional doorway for the purpose of communion with discarnate intelligences.

Conducted from January to March 1918, the Amalantrah Workings bore fruit in a number of ways.

During the rituals, while under the heady influence of opium and hashish, Roddie would relate to Crowley a series of visions involving a king, a small boy, and a wizard who went by the name of Amalantrah. This wizard imparted to them a cryptic message: to “find the egg.”

In addition, Crowley himself claims to have made contact with an entity named Lam, from which he made a remarkable drawing. Crowley insists the artwork is a portrait drawn from real life, though a portrait of what? That is the matter in question and the subject of some dispute.

Crowley took his invocations seriously, never dismissing them as mere hallucinations, even when derived through hallucinogenic drugs. John Symonds, in The Beast 666: The Life of Aleister Crowley, writes that Crowley, “made no attempt to interpret this material in terms of unconsciousness. To him the characters and incidents of mescal visions were more real than anything reality or the ego could provide. He would not have been surprised to meet… Amalantrah strolling down 5th Avenue. The wizard would have descended onto the plane of illusion, that is all.”

Crowley’s portrait of Lam undoubtedly bears a striking resemblance to the ubiquitous ‘grey alien’ referenced in pop culture today and, to the best of our knowledge, represents the first depiction of such an entity in modern times.

The portrait went on public display for the first time at Crowley’s 1919 Dead Souls exhibit, held in Greenwich Village, New York. Later that year, the drawing was published in The Equinox III, No. I, at the front of a Crowley penned commentary on H.P. Blavatsky’s The Voice of the Silence.

Below the picture, an inscription reads: “LAM is the Tibetan word for the Way or Path, and LAMA is He who Goethe, the specific title of the Gods of Egypt, the Treader of the Path, in Buddhistic phraseology. Its numerical value is 71, the number of this book.”

In one of those serendipitous quirks of history, Crowley ended up giving the Lam portrait, in 1945, to his heir apparent and eventual British head of O.T.O. (Thelemite religion), Kenneth Grant, who would, in turn, take the football-shaped headed ‘extraterrestrial’ and run with it.

Kenneth Grant & Typhonian O.T.O.

It didn’t take long for Grant to make some changes to Crowley’s Ordo Templi Orientis (O.T.O.). After he founded the London-based New Isis Lodge in 1954, Grant began to tinker with Crowley’s Thelemite teachings by mixing in some H.P. Lovecraft influences and a heavy dose of extraterrestrial themes.

Grant issued a manifesto declaring the discovery of an extraterrestrial “Sirius/Set” current emanating from Nuit, a newly discovered trans-Plutonian planet (also named by Crowley in The Book of the Law). Karl Germer, American head of the O.T.O., would have none of it and promptly expelled Grant from the O.T.O.

Grant evened the score when, upon Germer’s death in 1969, declared himself Outer Head of the O.T.O. This claim was disputed by the then-current American head, one Grady McMurtry, resulting in a schism, with Grant’s order renamed Typhonian Ordo Templi Orientis.

In the Typhonian O.T.O., emphasis was placed upon “construction of a magical formula” for establishing communion and contact with “the Magical Entity known as Lam.” To this end, Grant penned The Lam Statement, with Crowley’s portrait of Lam being used as a “Yantra,” or the visual focus, wherein “entry may be effected by projecting consciousness through the eyes.” The name Lam, in turn, would be used as the “Mantra.” A magical procedure was then set forth for one to invoke Lam and “enter the egg.”

The most significant aspect of The Lam Statement, and in turn, Crowley’s Amalantrah Workings, is that contact with an extraterrestrial entity, rather than being a passive event, can be an act of will, initiated by a human. This is called, by ufologists, a Close Encounter of the 5th Kind (CE-5).

This method shares a lot in common with the practices of CSETI (Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence). Led by Dr Steven M. Greer, this group uses a set of protocols, one being “thought,” to make contact with aliens. Curiously, this technique, called Coherent Thought Sequencing, was discovered in 1973, approximately the same time (1972) that The Lam Statement was published. All these techniques represent alleged methods by which portals are opened onto other dimensions.

Jack Parsons & the Babylon Workings

In 1946, rocket scientist Jack Parsons performed the Babylon Workings, a continuation of the Amalantrah Workings. This resulted, according to Thelemites, in yet another interdimensional portal opening or maybe even a widening of the gateway first discovered by Crowley.

In the Babylon Workings, Parsons wasn’t trying to contact Lam but rather the Whore of Babylon herself, which would help him summon a Moon Child. Apparently, someone forgot to close the door behind them.

According to Kenneth Grant, “The Babylon Workings began just prior to the wave of unexplained Ariel phenomenon now recalled as the Great Flying Saucer Flap. Parsons opened a door and something flew in.”

Certainly, 1947 saw, in UFO terms, all hell break loose, starting with the Kenneth Arnold UFO sightings over Mt. Rainier, Washington on June 24, 1947. And then, of course, later that summer, the notorious Roswell, New Mexico, alleged UFO crash and retrieval of alien bodies. Since then, there has been a steady stream of UFO sightings worldwide with no let-up in sight.

Is there evidence extant, prior to modern times, supporting the claim that aliens existed? There is indeed a plethora of evidence, and it turns out such documents indicate that Crowley is not the first person to open a portal by means of the occult, after all.

Going back to the Middle Ages, we find in Britain a peculiar gentleman by the name of John Dee, who was an astronomer, mathematician and advisor to Queen Elizabeth 1. With the help of a scryer named Edward Kelley, Dee made contact, through a system of Enochian magic, with ‘Angelic’ beings whom he described as “little men” that moved about in a “fiery cloud.”

The terms ‘UFO’ and ‘aliens’ didn’t exist back then, of course, but it sure sounds like Dee and Kelley were talking about that very thing. What is even more interesting are descriptions, made in the Apocryphal Book of Enoch, which Dee references, of alien-like beings called ‘Watchers’, and what seem to be acts of alien abduction:

And I Enoch was blessing the Lord of majesty and the King of the ages, and lo! the Watchers called me – Enoch the scribe – and said to me: “Enoch, thou scribe of righteousness, go, declare to the Watchers of the heaven who have left the high heaven, the holy eternal place, and have defiled themselves with women, and have done as the children of earth do, and have taken unto themselves wives.” (1 Enoch 12.3–8)

Writer and researcher Erich von Daniken believes that ancient stargates abound, scattered across the face of the earth from Egypt to Peru, serving at one time or another as portals for the ‘gods’ to enter into our world. His hypothesis, referred to as the ‘ancient astronaut theory’, asserts that extraterrestrial intelligences have visited earth through stargates since the dawn of time, even having a hand in creating the human species.

Betty & Barney Hill And Crowley

On the evening of September 19, 1961, Betty and Barney Hill were driving south on Route 3 through the White Mountains of New Hampshire in their 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air when Betty spotted a bright object in the sky, which she initially took to be a falling star, though it was falling upward. Noticing that the object was moving erratically, Betty and Barney pulled the car over to take a closer look, as well as to walk their dog Delsey.

The Hills continued to drive and at about one mile south of Indian Head, the flying object descended rapidly toward their vehicle, causing the Hills to stop their car in the middle of the road. The object, shaped like a flying cigar and 80–100 feet long, filled the entire field of view in their windshield. Barney jumped out of the car and, using his binoculars, claimed to have seen 8–11 humanoid figures, described as “somehow not human.”

Barney returned to the vehicle and, fearing capture, quickly drove away. Betty and Barney then experienced amnesia, or memory loss, and the next thing they knew was that they were 35 miles farther along on their journey, with two hours missing and unaccounted for.

Three years later, the Hills underwent regression hypnosis in an attempt to retrieve their lost memory. After subsequent sessions, the Hills were able to recall an experience of abduction by aliens who claimed to be from the Zeta Reticuli system. After a physical examination by the aliens, the Hills had their memories erased and were returned to their car. Thus began the era of the alien abduction scenario.

How does Aleister Crowley fit into this? Well, as you may recall, Crowley was living in New York in 1918, but before he moved there, Crowley lived in, you guessed it – New Hampshire, near a town called New Bristol, located less than an hour away from where the Hills experienced their alien abduction. In New Hampshire, Crowley had his own paranormal visitation, with a type of glowing orb. The experience affected Crowley enough for him to write and submit a letter for publication in The New York Times. The letter reads:

To the Editor of The New York Times:

I do not know whether globular lightning is a sufficiently rare phenomenon in this country to merit remark. Yesterday a globe of fire with an apparent diameter of about a foot burst on the floor of the middle room of a cottage here and within a few inches of my right foot. Curiously enough, no damage of any kind was done.

ALEISTER CROWLEY.
New Bristol, N.H.,
July 13, 1916

During his stay in New Bristol, Crowley conducted some peculiar occult rituals. It was 1916 (the inverse of 1961), and according to Richard Cavendish in A History of Magic, Crowley promoted himself to the rank of Magus. This was done by way of a ceremony involving the baptism of a toad as Jesus of Nazareth, then crucifying the poor creature.

Writer/researcher Christopher Knowles notes, on his website, that the highway which links Crowley’s home in New Hampshire to the Hill’s abduction spot is Interstate 93. Knowles points out that the number 93 is “the holiest of holies in Thelemite gematria.” The number itself is derived, numerologically, from combining two central words in the philosophy of Thelema – which are Thelema (Will) and Agape (Love), taken from the phrases “Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law” and “Love is the law, love under will.”

Furthermore, Knowles claims that the aliens which abducted the Hills deposited them in the town in which Crowley was living in 1916. Knowles writes: “35 miles down the road would have ensured that the Hills would have woken up in the very same town in which Crowley was actually living in 1916 (Hebron/Bristol)… Let me repeat that: the Hills woke up from their missing time episode in the very same town that Aleister Crowley had lived just months before his own contact experience (in the Amalantrah Working).”

Regarding Hebron, we find a reference to it in Numbers 13:22: “And they ascended by the south, and came unto Hebron; where Ahiman, Sheshai, and Talmai, the children of Anak, were. (Now Hebron was built seven years before Zoan in Egypt.)”

In Numbers 13:33 we learn that the “children of the Anak,” or the Anunnaki, are descended from the Nephilim, sky gods who “from Heaven to Earth came.”

Quest for the Holy Grail

What were Crowley’s own thoughts on the alien agenda, and do we even know if the Great Beast gave any credence to the field of ufology? This may be hard to establish for, tellingly, Crowley passed away at the very dawn of the UFO flap, in the year 1947, the same year which ushered in the modern wave of UFO sightings. Terminology like “flying saucer” and “UFO” didn’t even exist during his time. To discern his thinking, we need to look for clues, of which he left a few.

Let us turn our attention to The Book of Thoth by Aleister Crowley, a divinatory tarot deck painted by Lady Frieda Harris according to guidelines and instructions set by Crowley himself. Take a look at the seventh Trump card – the Chariot – for there is something curious about this card.

The card depicts a Charioteer clothed in armour, sitting cross-legged inside a chariot drawn by four Cherubs – the Bull, Lion, Eagle and Man. There is a blue canopy on the Chariot which, according to Crowley, represents Binah, the feminine principle, and scarlet wheels, representing Geburah, the principal of energy. Everything is, in fact, quite standard to the symbolism found in a traditional version of this card, except for one anomaly – the Charioteer is holding in his hands what appears to be a rotating flying saucer.

What can we discern about this saucer-like image? In The Book of Thoth, Crowley gives a brief interpretation of this symbol, saying:

The central and most important feature of the card is its centre – the Holy Grail. It is of pure amethyst, of the colour of Jupiter, but its shape suggests the full moon and the Great Sea of Binah.

In the centre is radiant blood; the spiritual life is inferred; light in the darkness. These rays, moreover, revolve, emphasising the Jupiterian element.

Crowley doesn’t speak much on the subject, and yet, what he does say is revealing. He acknowledges that this symbol is the most important feature on the card, but he refers to it as the “Holy Grail.” There is a bit of a discrepancy here, as the Holy Grail is, traditionally, a vessel that serves as a motif in the Arthurian literature and is often depicted as a cup, sometimes as a dish. It has also been (rarely) depicted as a stone, though this would be the first time it’s shown as a spinning flying saucer, if that is what we are seeing.

Crowley says his version of the card is “much influenced by the Trump portrayed by Eliphas Levi,” and indeed many of the same motifs are present in both cards, sans the saucer. If Crowley’s “Holy Grail” is not literally a cup, then he must be using the term metaphorically, to denote a goal of great significance, as in the Arthurian “Quest,” which set the Knights of the Round Table on a mission, searching for their elusive Grail.

Can this “Quest” be the search for extraterrestrial life? Consider Crowley’s description again, in a different light. The wording could just as easily be used to describe a UFO, like “light in the darkness,” “rays, moreover revolve,” and “Jupiterean element.”

If Crowley is dropping hints here that he is talking about a UFO, then the seventh Trump is the perfect place to drop it, for the term “chariot” was often used by the ancients to denote the modes of transport used by flying “gods” or aliens, as discussed in greater detail by Erich von Daniken in the book Chariots of the Gods.

In this light, Fox Mulder of the television series The X-Files could be viewed as a modern iteration of the medieval archetype of a Knight of the Round Table, searching for truth in the holy saucer. As they say, the truth is out there.

On 11 June 2023, an interview with David Grusch, a retired member of the United States National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, was aired by NewsNationin which he revealed that the United States was in possession of “spacecraft from another species.”

Grusch was also part of the Pentagon group tasked with identifying UFOs – now formally labelled UAP (unexplained aerial phenomenon) – and during that time he was approached by staff who described to him the retrieval of “fragments” of UFOs as well as “intact and partially intact” craft. He was told that analysis of these fragments revealed they were of non-human origin. Grusch confirmed that bodies of extraterrestrial beings had also been retrieved, thereby adding one more story to the 70-plus years of military testimony and UFO research that has been debunked, disparaged and diminished by a scurrilous media and a largely incredulous global public.

Unfortunately the great gaping hole in Grusch’s testimony is the fact that his statements are based on hearsay. Grusch did not produce any evidence to back up his allegations, and he has not made any moves to disclose the evidence that he says he has seen. His credibility comes from the fact that he is a former intelligence officer with high clearance. One other point in his favour is that he has commenced legal proceedings against the US Department of Defense (DoD) over the government cover-up of UFO information in what he calls a “sophisticated disinformation campaign targeting the US populist [sic] which is extremely unethical and immoral.” Unsurprisingly the DoD is denying Grusch’s claims.

For reasons yet unknown, Grusch selected Ross Coulthart to host his interview. Coulthart is a prize-winning ex-60 Minutes journalist with 30 years of newspaper and television reporting behind him. Unfortunately, Coulthart’s innocence on the topic is clearly on display, along with a peculiar Cheshire-cat grin of surprise that such things as crashed UFOs and retrieved occupants are real. If Grusch had selected an established UFO researcher to interview him, and if the interview questions had not been vetted by the DoD, the questions – and more importantly the answers – would have been much more revealing.

Despite all the hype, David Grusch is merely the most recent in a long line of Chicken Littles telling us the sky is about to fall. To paraphrase his statements:

• UFOs are real;
• UFOs have crashed and their wreckage has been analysed and reverse-engineered;
• ETs have been retrieved, both dead and alive;
• Not all ETs are friendly and some may have murdered human beings;
• Some UFOs may be interdimensional constructs;
• Black Ops pursuant to UFO retrievals have been established and are ongoing;
• Governments of the world have engaged in a disinformation campaign designed to keep the world in blissful ignorance;
• Some people have been murdered by the US government to keep the UFO secret.

The Interdimensional Hypothesis

Whether we believe Grusch is legitimate or not – and to be fair, he has engaged a lawyer and taken refuge behind whistleblower protection laws – everything he has said is ostensibly true. During his interview, he takes pains to repeat things that he wants us to pay attention to. Early in the interview, he tells us that he doesn’t want to pin down a specific place of origin for UFOs, saying instead that “…maybe they’re coming from a different physical dimension as described in quantum mechanics. We know there’s extra dimensions…” and “…there most likely are physical, additional spatial dimensions. And you can imagine, 4- and 5-D space where what we experience as linear time ends up being a physical dimension in higher dimensional space… it could be that this is not necessarily extraterrestrial, and [it’s] actually coming from a higher dimensional physical space that might be co-located, you know, right here.”

In December 2020, former CIA Director John Brennan said something similar in a statement that some UFOs might be “some type of phenomenon that is the result of something that we don’t yet understand and that could involve some type of activity that some might say constitutes a different form of life.”

Did Brennan mean a ‘different form of life’ from somewhere on Earth, or from somewhere a bit more etheric?

J. Allen Hynek was also of this opinion, stating in 1975: “There could be [another] universe with different quantum rules or vibration rates. Our own space-time continuum could be a cross-section through a universe with many more dimensions… we always think of another universe [as] someplace else. Maybe it’s right here.”

A few years earlier, Jacques Vallee had already suggested ET intelligences were an ancient phenomenon, living in an alternate reality that co-existed alongside our own.

The Borderland Sciences Research Association

The idea of UFOs originating from another dimension is hardly new. During the 1950s when George Adamski was greeting our 3-dimensional space brothers in the California desert, a group of researchers not very far away were working towards another hypothesis entirely.

Newton Meade Layne began his research into esoteric matters in 1931, and later went on to found the Borderland Sciences Research Association (BSRA) in order to more formally research ‘borderland sciences’, an area of study which these days dovetails neatly into modern quantum physics.

Meade’s interests became full-blown psychic research around 1945 when he met Mark Probert, a trance medium who was in contact with approximately 15 deceased persons – among them Lao Tzu and Thomas Jefferson – who provided channelled information on the nature of flying saucers.

In 1947 it was reported that a pilot had seen a formation of UFOs near Mt Rainier – this was Kenneth Arnold’s seminal sighting of nine crescent-shaped craft, which kicked off the modern wave of UFO interest. This was of no surprise to Layne, as in 1946 Probert had already begun channelling information on the nature of UFOs, which they termed “Aeroforms” or “Emergents.” The information stated that “flying saucers and their inhabitants [come] from another plane of existence, a denser one, and only reached our world by changing their vibrations. They were not crafts from outer space, or delusions, but the interpenetration of planes of existence.”

Layne’s etheric UFOs are defined as follows: “The Aeroforms are for the most part emergents. That is, they emerge into our plane of perception from a frame of reference which is different from our own. This process can also be described as a conversion of energy and a change of vibratory rate. When this change is effected, the disc or saucer becomes visible and tangible. …It amounts to a process of materialisation and dematerialisation. …[J]ust as there is a spectrum of sound and colour, there is also a spectrum of tangibility [and] the discs come out of worlds of substance a hundred thousand times more dense than the matter [we] perceive with our senses.”

It was also made clear that while there are indeed physical craft like the ones encountered by Adamski, “the majority of UFOs are etheric in nature, and not of [our] dimension.”

Humans supposedly occupy three dimensions, or what we call 3-D space. However, as Time is counted as its own dimension, then technically we are really 4-D beings – although who is to say there are not intelligences living a 3-D existence minus the 4-D complication of Time? According to String Theory, there could be 10, 12 or even 20 extra dimensions concurrent with our plane of existence, and there could well be intelligences occupying 7-D or 8-D or even 20-D space. The complicating factor is that all these dimensions are nested together – i.e. our own existence includes 1-D, 2-D and 3-D space, which means that a 5-D world encompasses 1, 2, 3, and 4-D space as well, which may make higher dimensions inherently unstable. David Grusch specifically nominated 5-D in his interview – make of that what you will.

Mysterious metals

In his article “Mat and Demat: Etheric Aspects of the UFO,” Layne explores the substance of UFOs more deeply. He says: “When the energy conversion takes place, the aeroform becomes visible and tangible. It appears to be and definitely is what we call solid substance, and so remains until the vibratory rate is again converted. The ‘steel’ of a landed disc is an etheric steel and its copper is etheric copper since the prototypes of all our metals exist in etheric matter; nevertheless, chemical analysis has shown certain radical differences.”

This presages Grusch’s statement about, “…extremely strange, heavy, atomic metal… arrangements that we don’t understand, you know, what the emergent properties are, but there’s just a very strange mix of elements.”

This sounds a lot like somebody trying to describe metal that is not quite like our metal – similar enough to appear familiar, but different enough to appear entirely extraterrestrial. Is this how etheric metal would translate into human terms once it had emerged into our 3-D space? (And it has not gone unnoticed that Grusch used the words “emergent properties,” which may or may not be a nod to Meade Layne’s theory of “emergent”….)

The Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies (SCU) produced a lengthy report on the observations of the infamous ‘Tic-Tac’ UFO – when the US Navy encountered a ‘Tac Tac’-shaped UFO off the coast of California in 2004 – and made a number of points in their paper, including that the characteristics of the ‘Tic Tac’ UFO “bring into question whether the object existed as a physical mass.”

That the ‘Tic-Tac’ possessed some kind of mass is corroborated by its appearance on radar, along with the fact that the pilots engaged visually with the object. However the SCU believe that the object simultaneously did not have mass, as exhibited by the object’s extreme acceleration, the instantaneous direction changes observed, and the apparent lack of atmospheric interaction during acceleration.

If that’s the case, then it corroborates Dave Grusch’s claim that at least some of these objects may be interdimensional, and also supports Meade Layne’s channelled information that UFOs are ‘emergent’ in our realm, capable of altering their vibrational rate so that their etheric craft are able to pass through water and solid earth as easily as a jumbo jet passes through air.

The ‘Tic-Tac’ video is mentioned about 20 minutes into the Grusch interview. He states only that it was “[t]ruly anomalous, absolutely. Technical vehicle, physical, and that’s absolutely something that we didn’t make.” Grusch’s categorisation of the ‘Tic-Tac’ as being a physical vehicle as opposed to a non-physical vehicle is telling when he has been at such pains to alert us to the possibility of interdimensional craft. Clearly, there are two types of UFOs plaguing our planet, the corporeal and the incorporeal, and it’s a distinction that Grusch is careful to make.

But what Grusch – and everybody else – ignores about the ‘Tic-Tac’ event is that another object was tracked beneath the ‘Tic-Tac’ on sonar, moving under the surface of the ocean at the impossible speed of 500 knots (950 km/hr).

The underwater speed record by a man-made craft is held by a Russian submarine (in 1969!) and is a mere 44.7 knots (83 km/h).The US Navy is currently developing a submersible that can travel at 100 knots (185 km/h). Only torpedos are capable of travelling faster under water, at around 200 knots (370 km/h). If this is the case, then what could possibly be travelling at 500 knots beneath the ocean?

Unidentified Submersible Objects (USO)

Unidentified objects flying over and under the oceans are not new and have been reported ever since man set sail on the seas. In 1950 something like a Tic-Tac was reported over the North Atlantic when the crew of a ship witnessed a UFO travelling over the ocean at an altitude of 15-30 metres. It was described by the captain as an “ovular, cylindrical shaped object,” about three metres long. The object was silent as it passed by the ship and was described as having a “churning or a rotary motion.” A crew member added that “it had an elliptical shape and I could clearly see it had three dimensions. It wobbled in the air, made no noise and was a metallic white in colour.”

But the truly interesting stuff is what happens under the water. During the 1947 Kon Tiki expedition, when Thor Heyerdahl and his crew traversed the Pacific from Peru to Polynesia on a raft, two inexplicable submarine anomalies were observed. The first of these was described as follows:

“About two o’clock on a cloudy night, on which the man at the helm had difficulty in distinguishing black water from black sky, he caught sight of a faint illumination down in the water which slowly took the shape of a large animal. …Sometimes it was roundish, sometimes oval or triangular, and suddenly it split into two parts which swam to and fro under the raft independently of one another. Finally there were three of these large shining phantoms wandering around in slow circles under us. They were real monsters, for the visible parts alone were some five fathoms long.”

Heyerdahl attempted to explain this encounter as some kind of enormous phosphorescent sea creature, but a glowing light that is five fathoms (16-17 metres) long, self-illuminated, changes shape from a circle to a triangle and is capable of splitting into two and three parts is in all likelihood not a sea creature. Later on the voyage, Heyerdahl had another mysterious nocturnal encounter, and this time he didn’t even attempt to explain it away:

“[O]n one single occasion we saw the sea boil and bubble while something like a big wheel came up and rotated in the air, while some of our dolphins tried to escape by hurling themselves desperately through space.”

A group of these same ‘wheels’ had been reported sixty years earlier in 1880 in the Persian Gulf, when the crew of a steamer encountered “an enormous luminous wheel whirling around, the spokes of which seemed to brush the ship along. The giant wheels were estimated to be between 460 and 550 metres in diameter. A gleaming light glided along the surface of the sea ahead of the wheels.”

Thirty years after that, in 1909 in the Straits of Malacca, the captain of a steamship reported another “vast brilliantly illuminated revolving wheel, partly submerged beneath the water, with long arms issuing from the centre around which the whole system appeared to rotate.” And one year later, in 1910 in the South China Sea, another steamer captain reported a “horizontal wheel spinning rapidly above the water. The entire crew on watch witnessed the phenomenon. They all felt somewhat uncomfortable as they watched the bright spinning wheel suddenly change direction.”

In 1990 yet another mysterious glowing wheel was reported from Sevastopol when marine scientists in the Black Sea “observed an object that resembled a wheel, as large as a ten-story building, standing vertically underwater. [T]he ‘wheel’ would remain immobile for a while and then move into a horizontal position, rotate, and depart.”

But USOs are not always wheel-shaped. In 1945 a ship returning from Alaska witnessed a large round object approximately 45-75 metres in diameter rising from the sea. It climbed into the sky until it achieved level flight and then turned to circle the ship, moving smoothly and with no sound before disappearing into the distance. In 1962 the Australian warship HMAS Voyager pursued a large submarine object just outside of Jervis Bay. The sonar blip registered an object 100 metres long and accelerating. During the pursuit, Voyager achieved surface speeds of 38-40 knots (70-75 km/h) but was unable to match pace with the underwater object, which finally shot off at a speed that the “sonar operators estimated in the hundreds of knots.”

What are the USOs?

Whatever technology USOs use to penetrate watery bodies, it is apparent that the molecular structure of water, ice, and even solid ground, is no impediment to their passage. This example, from the Laptev Sea in 1978, is particularly interesting: “…the captain and most of the crew aboard a Soviet destroyer saw a dome-shaped object at an altitude of thirty meters. It sparkled with bright yellow colour and seemed to be semi-transparent. While the object was in view, [the] ship’s navigation system ceased to function. After a while, the UFO slowly descended to the sea’s surface and glided across at great speed – all without disturbing the surface of the water.”

Whether this indicates that a USO is able to alter the molecular structure of water so that it behaves in ways we have not observed water to behave before, or whether the USO’s own molecular structure is not as solid as it appears, is still open to conjecture. But it remains a fact that over half of reported UFOs are observed coming out of, going into, or moving under oceans, seas and lakes, and yet these USOs barely rate a mention in most reports on the topic of unidentified objects.

It’s almost as though they are being ignored on purpose, possibly to deflect attention away from what could be the true origin of UFOs or, at the very least, the best hiding place for them. So who or what are behind the USOs?

The Extraterrestrial Hypothesis

Extraterrestrial beings may have established bases beneath our oceans for the simple expedient of the ocean depths being inaccessible to humans. It is an incredible fact that the oceans account for seventy per cent of our planet’s surface, and yet over eighty per cent of the content of those oceans is unknown. This means that the vast majority of our planet is not only unexplored but unobserved.

What is known is that the oceans contain the largest geological feature on our planet, a mid-ocean rift system 64,000 kilometres long and 11,000 metres deep, and mountains higher than Mt Everest. The deepest parts of our oceans are completely inaccessible to human eyes, with zero visibility and pressures over a thousand times greater than those on dry land. The bottoms of the seas would be a perfect place for an extraterrestrial civilisation to set up base since man could never discover them there, and it is clear that their craft have no difficulties traversing from the depths to the shallows in an instant. In fact, they exhibit nonchalant ease when moving through mediums from water to air to space and beyond.

Intelligence from the Deep?

Is it possible that the uncharted depths of our oceans harbour an unknown aquatic race endemic to our planet? If you ascribe to Evolution and the belief that all life began in the watery depths, it is not hard to imagine that while we were crawling out of the slime and growing hairy legs, another branch of our original salamander-like state opted to stay in the comfortable embrace of the ocean where they evolved at the same rate as we over the same extended timeframe.

Given the vast array of mystery underwater objects, it would seem that we need to at least consider this as a possibility, since we can no longer deny ‘something’ is down there. This mysterious ‘something’ seems to have been around for as long as we have – if not longer – and it has hidden itself in the very place that we can never hope to go.

The ludicrous reality is that we have more hope of finding intelligent life on Mars than we do of finding it at the bottom of our oceans for the simple expedient of it being relatively easy to get to Mars, and nigh impossible to get to the deepest parts of our seas.

Underwater Bases?

The Tic-Tac encounter took place off the coast of California, in an area renowned for UFO and USO sightings. The area south of Catalina Island is notable for a magnetic anomaly related to three mysterious craters beneath the sea. In addition, in 2014 an unusual ‘geological’ formation off the coast of Malibu was spotted on Google Earth. The structure sits 600 metres beneath the surface of the ocean and is estimated to be 188 metres in height and about 4,500 metres wide. It is oval-shaped with a flat roof and ‘support pillars’, and the ‘entrance’ is about 830 metres wide. It has been suggested that this structure is either a USO base or a military base somehow connected to China Lake Naval Base in the Mojave Desert. It is worth noting that the coast of California is riddled with military bases, with five located in the near-vicinity of this underwater anomaly.

Three years earlier and on the other side of the globe, another underwater anomaly was discovered – the ‘Millennium Falcon’ of the Baltic Sea. Discovered in 2011 by a deep-sea exploration group called ‘Ocean X’, the mysterious object sits just off the coast of Sweden and rests 75 metres down on the ocean floor. In their report, the discoverers described “distinctly artificial features” including what looks like a staircase, and a “circular hole surrounded by a square frame.” Geologists prefer to see this object as a boulder deposited by glaciation, although given its unusual morphology and the fact that the discoverers reported electrical equipment and communication failures when they came within 200 metres of the object, this does not seem likely.

These mysterious anomalies are only very recent discoveries, and they illustrate perfectly the real possibility of artificial structures located beneath our oceans and seas – literally right under our noses.

Nefarious Intent?

Considering that UFO research has been ongoing for decades, and given everything David Grusch said has been said before, the question then becomes: why are people paying attention now?

There have been suggestions that Grusch is a staged whistleblower revealing truths, half-truths, or outright lies in an attempt to make the world believe the USA is in possession of superior technology gleaned from off-world sources – a clever tactic given the world is teetering on the edge of World War Three.

In support of this idea, retired Army Colonel Karl Nell has said that “[Grusch’s] assertion concerning the existence of a terrestrial arms race occurring sub-rosa over the past eighty years focused on reverse engineering technologies of unknown origin is fundamentally correct.”

The fact that this whistleblower story – in comparison to the literally hundreds of whistleblower stories that have come before – is the one to hit the headlines and gain global coverage suggests it has the backing of the same powerful media moguls that greased the Pandemic and slid it down our throats.

Now that we have a perceived UFO ‘threat’, the USA is able to hide behind it in order to increase its surveillance of the world’s skies, from the ground up to and including satellites in near space. NORAD has improved its ability to track highspeed UFOs and made efforts to readjust radar calibrations to better track slower objects at altitude. The surge of high-altitude balloon deaths that we have seen recently may have been in response to this increased surveillance, and UFO occupants should be decidedly alarmed at the US Air Force’s ‘shoot first and ask questions later’ mentality.

There are others who suggest Grusch’s revelations may be the foundation of the next false flag event, priming a world-weary planet for an impending alien invasion – an intergalactic war that will be fought entirely in our heads thanks to the manipulation of the media and the soon-to-be unleashed Project Blue Beam, poised to project holograms of battle-UFOs over a major city near you (see page 19).

Researcher Dr Steven Greer certainly feels that the world is being prepared for a “fake UFO psyop” based on “deliberately constructed false intelligence,” and that we don’t have much longer to wait for it.

The ‘alien invasion’ would be achieved using man-made UFOs that appear so advanced that the world will believe the ‘attack’ is coming from space. Greer believes the UFO false-flag event has been in train for the past seven years and is ramping up for deployment any day now. Grusch’s statements that ETs are murdering humans could well be part of this greater plan, instilling just enough fear for humans to be sufficiently panicked at the sight of a UFO. Greer believes that the increase of UFO information via the media is part of a “slow enculturation” plan designed to prime the globe for an onslaught of these terrifying ‘alien events’.

Even Meade Layne foresaw the use of the UFO phenomenon as a weapon against man, saying in 1950 that “…there is some danger of panic. If these visiting craft are attributed to some foreign and unfriendly government, hostility and fear might develop; and if they are believed to come from some other planet of our solar system, unreasoning and superstitious fear is to be reckoned with, perhaps with a considerable degree of social disintegration.”

In a world where information is used as a weapon of war in increasingly more cunning ways, how can we trust anything we see? Truth vies for supremacy against misinformation and disinformation, and those terms themselves are misinformation and disinformation, like verbal swords designed to cut truth into segments that are easily disposed of.

Confusion Reigns

Not long after Grusch spectacularly spilled his beans, Dr Sean Kirkpatrick, the director of the Pentagon’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) made a statement that “AARO has found no credible evidence thus far of extraterrestrial activity, off-world technology, or objects that defy the known laws of physics.” And to counter Grusch’s claims of downed craft, Kirkpatrick stated that “AARO has not discovered any verifiable information to substantiate claims that any programs regarding the possession or reverse-engineering of extraterrestrial materials have existed in the past or exist currently,” thereby refuting Grusch’s claims of downed ET craft, adding to the confusion, and maintaining official secrecy all at the same time.

Before you imagine that AARO has the last word on the UAP phenomenon, it is important to understand that AARO operates under a ‘Title 10’ authority, while the US intelligence community operates under a ‘Title 50’ authority. This means that AARO is unable to force higher authorities to disclose information pertaining to UAP and ultimately “is not a serious investigative body.” In addition, AARO is “facing a funding shortfall that will impede its ability to fulfil its mission,” an alarming state of affairs which saw sixteen senators sign a request to the Deputy Secretary of Defense for increased funding.

We should perhaps be more understanding of Kirkpatrick’s disappointing findings given that AARO is working in an information vacuum and with limited resources. If this situation continues, there is no hope that AARO will ever produce any meaningful findings regarding UAP, which leaves us with the likes of Grusch and his fellow whistleblowers as our sole information source, whatever that information might be worth.

What Next?

Instead of reminding you to watch the skies, I will instead ask that you watch television. Grusch’s confessions have opened a floodgate of follow-up confessions and whistleblowers are popping up to the left and right of us, but so far none of them have offered any tangible proofs. All they have as support are their words, and the slack-jawed endorsement of a naïve (or complicit) media.

But proof, when it comes, will have to be carefully vetted. In our current AI age of information manipulation, how will we be able to believe anything flashed before our eyes? And is it a coincidence that the ‘proofs’ have waited 70 years to be released, coincidentally at the same time this technology is available and when humanity has never been so unsure of reality in its very long lifetime?

If you thought the game had reached its crescendo, then you aint seen nothin’ yet!
