    Synchronicity: The Art of Coincidence – An Interview with Dr. Kirby Surprise

    The experience of meaningful coincidences is universal. They are reported by people of every culture, every belief system, and time period. Traditionally these synchronistic events are made acceptable by ascribing them to outside supernatural forces such as divinities, or in modern times, impersonal archetypal influences.

    Dr. Kirby Surprise demonstrates that synchronistic events, based on the activity of the mind, are actually caused by the person who perceives them, and reflect many levels of their consciousness.

    His research reveals that what we believe and the way we look for patterns in the world generates synchronistic events that mirror our own assumptions. By decoding the science of synchronicity, Dr. Kirby uncovered how we actually create events and how we co‐create our reality.

    A licensed psychologist who makes his living assessing, diagnosing and treating delusions and thought disorders, Dr. Kirby Surprise is certainly qualified to untangle the web of reflected meanings and false assumptions about synchronistic events.

    His groundbreaking new book is titled Synchronicity: The Art of Coincidence, Change, and Unlocking Your Mind (New Page Books, 2012).

    New Dawn recently spoke to Dr. Surprise.

    NEW DAWN (ND): Dr. Surprise, doesn’t it seen strange for someone named Surprise to be writing a book on coincidences?

    DR. KIRBY SURPRISE (KS): Yes, Surprise is actually my family name, and I am a licensed psychologist. It’s definitely a meaningful coincidence that I wound up writing a book on synchronicity. Having a name like Surprise is probably one of the reasons the book seems to have had a charmed life in the publication process. The name and the book itself are their own synchronistic event.

    ND: What exactly are synchronistic events?

    KS: Synchronistic events (SE) are coincidences in which a meaning or message seems to be conveyed by the events to the observer. They happen when the inner and outer worlds become synchronised. Here’s an example from the book that helped fuel my own fascination with SE:

    One cool autumn day I was sitting in my car waiting to pick up a friend. I was listening to the radio to pass the time. During a commercial break an ad for the movie Carrie was played. The movie is about a teenager who discovers she has the ability to move objects at a distance. I started having fantasies about what it would actually be like to experience moving an object this way. I had seen the film; during its climax, Carrie uses her power to crush her family’s home. I looked across the street and saw an old cottage. Focusing on the house, I fantasised about what being able to move an object that large would be like. I was remembering a National Inquirer headline about a house that supposedly was turned over on its side by some psychic force. I was wondering what effect such a power would have on a person, how it might feel to move a house.

    As I stared at the house the entire cottage shuddered violently. The house started to move. It rolled over onto its side. The roof was now facing me. I was astonished and felt panicky. I stared at the overturned house and wondered, could I have really done this? I wondered if this was just a vivid dream. I decided I was awake and the event was real.

    “OK,” I said to myself. “If I just did that, then I want to see the house crushed like in the movie.”

    As I stared, awestruck, the house again began to shudder. The roof started to collapse inward as if the centre of the house were slowly imploding. Beams burst through walls and windows shattered as the house began to tear itself apart. A moment later, I saw a flash of yellow paint above the house, then the largest bulldozer I’d ever seen climbed lazily over the centre of the house, crushing the structure into rubble in a few moments. It then started to load the debris into waiting dump trucks. The house had obscured the demolition equipment from sight. With the radio on and windows up, I couldn’t hear the tractor engine. My fantasy had come to pass, my wish fulfilled through a series of synchronistic events.

    ND: You’re claiming that not only are these events real, but that we all create them every day. But isn’t it possible that we are just interpreting what we experience wrong, that synchronistic events are a trick of the mind?

    KS: Many SE are based solely on the way we interpret events around us. SE can seem like miracles, violating the laws of time and space. You are the actual miracle. You have billions of sensory neurons pointed out into the environment. Each neuron is literally a digital biological computer operating like a binary circuit sending signals to the brain. Your brain is the known universe’s most powerful supercomputer. Your brain has a hundred billion neurons, each as powerful as a small desktop computer, each networked to as many as two hundred thousand others.

    One of the things you’re doing with all that computing power is taking trillions of bits of digital sensory information, and constructing, in areas of memory, the universe as you are experiencing it as you read these words. You, the conscious executive functioning in the frontal lobes, is about the size of a walnut. You have no direct contact with the outside world. You experience a neurological representation of the world constructed for you on a stage of the brain’s memory. You are, in effect, your own “Matrix” computer.

    The automated systems of the brain that construct this reality for you make vast changes to the information before you experience the data as the reality around you. The brain evolved to match patterns. It looks over vast rivers of sensory information, and memory, to find the patterns you, the executive function, has been interested in.

    We evolved as grassland hunters. Our task was to look out over the miles of waving patterns in the savannah, and see through the camouflage of other creatures. We survived by looking at all that data, and deleting the patterns that had no meaning, and completing the partial patterns that meant dinner, or predator. We do this because there is millions of times more information in the environment than we could consciously process.

    So, the brain evolved automated systems to do the editing for us. The brain deletes most of the sensory data from the reality you’re experiencing right now. Patterns you have looked for in the past get enhanced, missing pieces added, until patterns with some meaning emerge.

    Consider this: the typical reader reads only the first three or four letters of each word in a sentence. The brain deletes the rest of the word, and then fills in the meaning by using the context of the sentence and subject matter. This speeds up pattern recognition while reading. As you read, you have been hallucinating parts of this very sentence. So, when you say we are “just” interpreting events, you’re describing a miraculously complex process.

    SE do not appear as “tricks of the mind.” They partially result from the automated systems of the brain searching out and enhancing patterns in your environment. The patterns are always there, but unless they have some emotional relevance to you, what psychologists call “Emotional Valence,” they are deleted and no memory of them is created. SE often appear because you have been consciously, or unconsciously, thinking about something, and the automated pattern recognition systems in your bio-supercomputer highlight matching patterns in the environment for you.

    Even more amazingly, you are also altering the randomness of events in the external world as well based on your thoughts and emotions. You are not just altering sensory data, you actually change the probabilities in the outside world as well.

    ND: So, you’re saying that we create our own reality?

    KS: Only in the sense that I believe some well meaning people often mistake our brain’s creation and editing of our neurological representation of reality for creating objective external reality. Clearly, none of us creates actual reality. We do have some influence over the randomness of events around us though. We create SE that mirror our thoughts and emotions. This happens with all thought processes, conscious, unconscious and transpersonal. We don’t create or change the physical matter and energy around us, but we do influence the relationships between events to create SE.

    ND: How much influence do we have over the events around us?

    KS: Research is telling us that we do change the randomness of events around us by around 3-5%. The best experimental designs are called “Double Blind Experiments.” In this design the subjects have been randomly selected, and subjects don’t know what the experiment is actually about. The person performing the experiment does not know what the expected outcome of the experiment is either. The experimenter and subjects are both “Blind” to the expected outcome. The core problem this method is meant to help eliminate is a basic, hard-to-swallow, scientific fact: the expectations of the researcher change the outcome of the events in the experiment just by the act of observation and expectation.

    The estimation of SE influence being 3-5% comes from Dr. J.B. Rhine. He was a psychologist and researcher. Back in the 1930s a man came to his office with a strange claim. He said he was a gambler, and he could control dice rolls with his mind. Not all the time, but enough so that it was a noticeable effect that turned the odds in his favour. Rather than dismiss this claim, Rhine did what a good scientist does. He said “show me.” They took six pairs of dice; the gambler’s task was to have more dice come up with the number six than could be expected by chance. They tossed the dice. Again, and again, and again. It works. The amount of change over random hovered at about 3-5% above chance. The effect was real. Rhine spent decades doing rigorous experiments on the ability of subjects to change random events. He was having people produce SE on demand. The research, reproduced and confirmed by peers, states the odds are millions to one in favour of us being the cause of this effect.

    Rhine concluded events could be changed in the direction of the subject’s desire and attention. These random events included series of coin tosses, die throws, the position objects landed in when dropped in a random manner, the values of randomly generated electrical currents, and the rate of particle release from a radioactive source, among others. In each instance, he found that the probability of these physical events was changed by the psychological expectation and attention of the observers, even though no physical force was detected.

    Rhine’s work went beyond proof of personal causation. He found emotional states, such as interest or boredom, affected the subjects’ ability to influence SE. Boredom and anxiety decreased the ability to change the randomness of events in their desired direction. Focused attention and positive expectation increased the occurrence of the targeted events. He found alcohol or caffeine lowered or raised scores respectively. He found emotions and personal physiological states can facilitate or inhibit SE. My book shows people that not only do they do this all the time, but that very complex ideas and emotions can be reflected by SE as well.

    ND: If this is the way our reality works, then why aren’t more people aware of doing this?

    KS: There is a measure of self-awareness called “The Mirror Test” developed by biopsychologist Gordon Gallup. Animals are shown their own reflection in a mirror. If they recognise the reflection in the glass as their own, it is taken as an indication it is a self-aware being. Humans, some great apes, elephants, and dolphins generally recognise their own reflections; a few birds do as well. Interestingly, some birds and dogs that can’t initially recognise their own reflections can be trained to do so.

    Synchronicity is a form of mirror test. People see in the mirror of events around them the image of their own inner life. They see what they think, feel and believe. They even see their fantasies about what causes these reflections. Everyone has experienced meaningful coincidences. They are explained by supernatural and religious beliefs, archetypal influences, or more exotic personal mythologies. SE mirrors these beliefs back to the observer. SE often are mistaken for confirmations of the objective reality of personal beliefs. Most people are looking into the mirror of SE every day. They don’t realise the images they see are their own thoughts.

    You have an amazing ability. Your thoughts and feelings, your memories and experiences, are reproduced in the events around you as coincidences. The world presents you with meaningful coincidences based on your inner life. Everyone creates their own SE, constantly. The ability is innate to the way our brains process information into meaning. This seemingly magical ability goes largely unnoticed, unexplained and misunderstood, until it presents itself in spectacular form, simply because people never question the everyday SE in their mirror.

    ND: In the book you state religion has nothing to do with spirituality. What did you mean by that?

    KS: Many religious doctrines were created to keep people under control and to maintain civil order. You can spot them pretty easily: they consist mainly of behavioural instructions and commands. Jared Diamond describes in Guns, Germs, and Steel: The Fates of Human Societies the evolution of the concept of a single, all-powerful God. When we lived in tribal groups without fixed laws, we generally had social communities of about 60 people. We can’t keep track of everyone in larger groups. This makes it impossible to make good pattern matches about everyone, so we break up into smaller groups. We answered this problem by creating a social technology that allowed many more people to live together. Tribal groups came under the law of a single king, whose authority came from the Gods we created and the punishments imposed on heretics.

    Alternately, some spiritual doctrines don’t focus on behaviour; they focus on achieving states of consciousness. They change the frame of reference to creating experiences of connectedness. Christian Gnosticism, Islamic Sufism, Zen Buddhism, and the shamanism of our ancestors, often focused on creating states of ecstatic union. In these states of consciousness, the practitioner experiences existence without boundaries. The subject/object relationship we experience as separateness ceases to exist. You become one with everything. SE demonstrates this connectedness. This connection is not something you earn; it is what you already are. SEs are not something you learn to create, you learn to recognise you are already creating them.

    I have heard people ask if someone was “enlightened,” as if it were a possession that enhanced their value. Enlightenment is the recognition of your essential unity and connection with existence. You don’t have to earn it, you are it. Spirituality is connectedness. The stock and trade of most religion is having people trade that natural connection for a code of behaviour.

    ND: You’re saying that we all see a reality created by the meanings we look for, and that we do this naturally and unconsciously?

    KS: Absolutely. All of us have known decent, rational, people who have what we would consider extreme religious, political or philosophical views. You may wonder, “How could they possibly believe that?” It’s because beliefs are patterns of thought that become reflected in the world around us. People mistake their reflected SE for confirmation of their version of the nature of reality, when in fact they have just come to believe what they think.

    As a psychologist, I see people replaying the patterns of past traumas and relationships in their lives over and over. The unconscious recreates these patterns in our lives as a way of trying to process them. SE work the same way. Researchers have commented that one of the most consistent types of SE patterns that manifest around people are reflections of either traumatic or spiritual experiences. The commonality in both is the emotional valence around the events that seems to directly drive the SE.

    ND: What are the implications for the way people experience their spiritual life?

    KS: Most of us live in what Joseph Campbell would call a “Personal Mythology.” A Christian looks for help from Jesus, and SE appear that seem to be from their deity. Muslims look for Allah, and find the pattern of their thoughts reflected back to them. Pagans look for the mother Goddess, and are answered by however they believe their deity to be. I love to study mythology, what Campbell would call “Other people’s Religion.” I have several dictionaries of Gods and Goddesses. They contain descriptions of thousands of Deities, all of which were the centre of people’s spiritual life and belief, and all, but for a very few, are now considered mere myths of our ancestors.

    What has endured are the shamanic and mystical traditions, most of which have a strikingly similar teaching: there is only one being, one consciousness, and we are it. Again, as Campbell would say, “You are, in your deepest identity, God.” The implication here is that when you create SE, you are not altering an external environment. You are seeing a demonstration that your thoughts are not separate from the environment. You are experiencing an aspect of yourself that is not limited to the cause and effect of time and space. There is much more to you than meets the eye, you are connected to everything.

    ND: You claim that modern science and String theory support the idea that we are all navigating in many realities at once – can you say more about that?

    KS: I am offering an explanatory fiction of SE that fits the facts of String theory, as we now understand them. I have read, I believe in your magazine, articles by people who have come to understand that the Planes of consciousness described by our traditional mystics are actually the newly speculated on dimensions of reality String theory has given us. This is a great step forward, to realise that all matter and dimensions have their own flavours of consciousness.

    In String theory our universe has 11 dimensions, all particles being extensions of dimensions linked to other dimensions in various patterns. But beyond even that, it appears our universe is projected onto what’s being called a “Membrane.” It’s as if we exist as Flatlanders on the surface of a thin bubble in what is being called M space. We are not the only bubble universe out there. The separation between membranes is probably as small as the smallest quantum state. This means a virtually infinite number of alternate physical universes in the space around you right now. It used to be a joke when someone said Elvis is performing on stage in Vegas in a parallel probability. It’s not a joke anymore; it’s the standard model of physics.

    In the book I’m saying we don’t just live in one probability. We don’t jump from one to another, we live in an almost infinite range of them simultaneously. I believe our experience of the passage of time itself is the result of our movement, at the speed of light, as described in the Special and General theory, through these probability membranes. Our trajectory through these probabilities is altered by our thoughts and emotions because, as our not so ignorant mystics have told us, thought and emotion are dimensions that underlie the physical reality.

    Whether this explanation proves to be accurate or not, it is useful. If you believe it, it allows you to navigate probability just a bit, 3-5%, by choosing your thoughts and emotions, to create SE. The problem with explaining SE has always been a kind of “flat earth” thinking that mandated something to “cause” SE. It appears as if the entire structure of the universe would have to be altered to create SE. With an infinite number of probability membranes being travelled through, you do not alter anything: your mental patterns move you through probabilities in which events around you reflect your internal processes. You are already a multidimensional being.

    ND: If I wanted to try to prove to myself that my thoughts are being mirrored in the environment around me, exactly how would I go about it?

    KS: The best way, as self-serving as it sounds, is to first read the book so that you have a safe context to start with. SE are so responsive that people sometimes get trapped in the house of mirrors of their own thoughts. The book was created to ground people and give them a working context. It also contains a series of exercises that starts at the creation of simple SE, and progresses to creating more complex full personal mythologies. The easiest way to create SE is to simply regularly think about them, then look out into the world as if it is a single, responsive being trying to communicate with you through SE. Expect a response SE, and eventually they will appear. Just don’t forget you are seeing your thoughts mirrored in external events.

    ND: What advice do you have for people who are experiencing synchronistic events and might be scared or confused by them?

    KS: Relax. SE are not dangerous. The meanings they convey are just thoughts, and only have the reality you chose to give them. They are not even paranormal. They are extremely normal. Everyone is creating SE. You were born creating SE, you have been doing it all your life. SE are part of the natural survival skills you evolved to help you through your life. The best way to use them is as a form of communication with other parts of yourself, to teach yourself connectedness. Choose the patterns you want to look for and expect them to appear as SE. If you become scared or anxious, ask yourself why you are choosing to scare yourself, then move on to creating something fun with SE. Because SE are driven by the attention you put into them, any pattern of SE you don’t want can be extinguished by either looking for a different pattern, or ignoring them until they fade away. If you signal the brain you’re not interested in them, it will gradually stop presenting them.

    The Amazing Prophecies of Benjamín Parravicini

    Coming events cast their shadows forward.

    This is the story of a most unassuming modern prophet – Benjamín Solari Parravicini (BSP) – who was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1898, and died in 1974 at the age of 76. He was a painter and sculptor, and came from a traditional and well-to-do family. He held various posts with the Buenos Aires Municipal Arts Department; nothing particularly memorable nor exceptional about his social and professional life. He was a quiet, discrete and kindly person. Leading a low-profile life, he would have remained almost totally unknown to the world were it not for the fact that he had the uncanny gift of being able to peer into the future.

    With time, Benjamín Solari Parravicini – ‘Pelón’ as his friends nicknamed him – has become widely known both inside and outside his native Argentina because of the “messages,” as he called them, he received from his “Guardian Angel” about coming events.

    Contrary to what some in Argentina and elsewhere would have us believe, true to his unassuming style BSP never said he had “mystic visions” nor that the future appeared to him as a burning bush of divine inspiration. Nothing of the sort: he would suddenly become inspired by a feeling, and his Guardian Angel would send him one of many “messages” that he felt compelled to draw in pencil or charcoal in the simplest of forms; mostly as just one continuous line producing an image often rather naïve, to which he would add his written “explanation.”

    In this way, BSP fashioned and shaped more than 700 prophetic “messages” that mostly relate to transcendental and dramatic events affecting the world of his time and after his time, many of which are centred on his native Argentina.

    Most of these messages were revealed to him in the 1940s and 1950s, but he continued to receive them until just before his death in the 1970s. As with most prophetic lore, both the images and the prose are, for the most part, enigmatic. That is until passing events make them become clearer – often crystal clear.

    Such is also the case with other prophetic literature as the quadrants of Nostradamus, the papal prophecies of St. Malachy of Armagh in Ireland, and of other more modern sages from Edgar Cayce to Jean Dixon.

    The interesting thing about BSP is that each message carries both a visual symbolic sketched drawing that speaks primarily to our emotions and intuition, whilst the written prose – normally set down by him afterwards when fully awake – speaks more to our intellect. No doubt, a good combination for today’s mindset where our worldview of reality is so heavily biased towards the intellectual. BSP gives us a more balanced appraisal of these messages both in their unconscious content – perhaps messages from the Collective Unconscious – and how he felt they could be intellectually “aligned” to make sense in today’s “real world.”

    Thus, with time his “psychographies” – as he called these images and texts – were found to predict many highly dramatic events of the modern world: the fall of Hitler and Mussolini after World War II, the rise of Castro in Cuba, satellite communications, the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers in New York City, artificial heart transplants, the atomic bomb…

    Many of BSP’s messages refer to Argentina for which in 1971 he envisioned miseries and mishaps at a national level; he saw a great falling down and went so far as to warn that Argentina would suffer its own bloody “French Revolution” that may sink it into severe turmoil unless Argentineans recognise and accept “The Grey Man” who will someday hopefully place Argentina back on the right track from which it has strayed so very far. If that does finally happen, then he envisions Argentina and South America in general as a “beacon for the whole world” after the coming catastrophes of artificial and natural origins envisioned by so many.

    Much has been written about what he meant by “The Grey Man” – el Hombre Gris. An unknown social or political reformer? A metaphor for the middle class? The common working man and woman? No one knows although in today’s decadent Argentina one thing is sure: this reforming political figure has definitely not shown up yet!

    The Collection of Psychographies

    The author of this article was lucky to have been a friend of Sigurd von Wurmb and his kindly wife, Ana María, who were long acquainted with BSP from his early years. After BSP’s death they received a good part of his psychographies, many of which von Wurmb catalogued and then published in four volumes released through the local Kier Publishing House in Buenos Aires. Regrettably, Sigurd von Wurmb passed away in January 2007, however he left a very good and sequential account of what BSP’s work was all about; a website dedicated to him (in Spanish) can be accessed at http://sigurdvonwurmb.com.

    Today, Ms Bibiana Bryson, with whom the author is acquainted, continues that work and is also custodian to another sizeable portion of BSP’s psychographies. She manages an excellent and authoritative website (www.freewebs.com/bibianabryson/parravicini.htm) on BSP in which she publishes information and research done on his work, as well as new interpretations based on major world events as they unfold.

    The Cross Symbol

    As to the source of his knowledge, BSP spoke of “superior beings” who made known to him their grave concern over the future of mankind. Notably, he spoke of José de Aragón, a monk-like figure he considered his Guardian Angel, who egged him on to draw and speak to future generations. He even told him to draw a symbol to inspire the “New Humanity” that, even now, is being born and will carry Man to superior levels of consciousness, a wholesome life, and harmonious alignment with constructive cosmic forces. He called that symbol “Cruz Orlada,” i.e., the “Trimmed Cross,” whose mystic symbolism Brother Aragón one night dictated to BSP as follows:

    “Very simply, dear son, because God is the Universe and the universe is circular, thus we have that God is a Circle; thus God is Universal. The cross inside the Circle which can be plain or “trimmed” with flames, symbol of the Sun, and also of God – i.e., the God-Christ – shall be Love, Faith, Light; it is carried the heart of union… Send it to our brother Sigurd (von Wurmb) who can spread it through his pen in the press here and abroad…. Tell him the time of the Trimmed Cross has come.”

    What Do the Psychographies Mean?

    On her website, Ms Bryson admonishes all to be cautious regarding alleged “meanings” and “interpretations” of BSP’s messages. She points out one such case making the rounds on the Internet that some say may refer to a catastrophic event about to take place during the up-coming London Olympic Games which we will refer to in this article.

    As Sigurd von Wurmb and Ms Bryson aptly point out, “BSP did not go into any trance, and all interpretations of his drawings are the sole responsibility of the persons making them, and should not be ascribed to BSP himself.” Von Wurmb said that BSP considered himself “a messenger, a channel of higher voices,” bent on warning man of impending perils and guiding him upwards. “BSP must not be forced into a circle of sensationalism, especially since there are serious and respected researchers into his life’s work.” These researchers include Ana María von Wurmb, Pedro Romaniuk, and Ms Bryson herself amongst others.

    One of the most striking examples is a “psychography” that clearly references the World Trade Center attacks of 2001, both regarding the image and the text which says, “North America’s Light of Liberty shall lose its shine; its torch shall not illuminate as it did yesterday, and the monument shall be twice attacked.” This psychography is dated 1939, almost thirty years before the Twin Towers were even built.

    Others from the 1930s carry texts announcing the coming Atomic Age:

    “The atom shall come and reign supreme” (1938), and how that relates to the increasing chaos after World War II, “The atom shall dominate the world; the world shall be atomised and will be blinded. There will be storms caused by man’s excursions into the atmosphere, new illnesses, the sexes shall be perverted and confused; collective madness, total chaos. The world shall become dark” (1934).

    About today’s mixed-up world he further stated back then, “The man-woman shall be a reality and will have two phases, by bisexual birth and through ancestry…. Medical doctors will operate and successfully, but the man-woman shall not be until 1970” (1937).

    “All goodness shall disappear from the World. Robbery and crime shall take over. The purity of creatures shall be corrupted by evil example in denaturalised homes. Marriages shall wane; lovers shall be admired all the same. Men shall cease seduction; women shall seduce” (1934). An undated message believed to be from the thirties says, “666. BLIND WORLD. The world seduced by evil shall fall.”
    On a more political stance, “A power race between Yankees and Russians shall take place. They shall race for space and land. It might not seem so, but America will prevail” (1941).

    Another message dated 1938, that many interpret as referring to the fall of Paris to the Germans in June 1940, reads as follows: “The Heart of the World shall fall in 1940; and shall be German until 1944.”

    A more poignant one from 1938 – as the world watched a seemingly unstoppable Hitler and his ally Mussolini grow in power – reads: “Hitler – Mussolini. With the same ends; the same ending.” It shows a defeated Mussolini tied to Hitler’s back.

    Then, there’s one from 1937 that seems to refer to Cuba’s Fidel Castro: “Bearded Head; that will seem holy but shall not be so and will inflame the Antilles.”

    Regarding the decadence of the Catholic Church, he issued several warnings of bad things to come: “The Church shall err in its steps and its own leaders will falsify things” (late 1930s).

    Alluding to the Vatican Council II, BSP warned, “The papacy shall have new norms. What was evil until yesterday shall cease to be so. Mass shall be protestant, without specifically saying so. Protestants shall be Catholics, without saying so.” 

    In a clear reference to the last popes of our times, notably John Paul II, BSP said, “The Pope shall leave the Vatican in his travels and reach America whilst mankind falls” (1938).

    Another message from 1938 with a different kind of theme reads, “The heart shall be artificial in 1966.” In part, this tallies very closely in time to South African surgeon Dr. Christian Barnard’s first successful heart transplant in history.

    The 2012 London Olympics

    Then there are two psychographies which some claim point to the 2012 Olympics. The first has a series of images that not only relate to the Olympics but also bear similarities to a map of the main Olympic site in London when its image is superimposed upon it.

    This message set down in 1972 shows the 114.5-metre tall spiralling sculpture designed by Indian artist Anish Kapoor and called the “ArcelorMittal Orbit.” It lies in Olympic Park and according to the BBC is 22-metres higher than New York’s Statue of Liberty.

    There is also the 27-ton Olympic Bell that is much bigger than Big Ben’s as well as the Olympic Torch. Alarmingly, it shows a scythe, traditionally a Saturnian symbol of the Reaper of Death. The associated text in the message says, “Fire, Hunger, Plague, Death are rung by the bell nearing the world; but the world does not yet see or hear. The darkness of the dragon which seemed asleep, draws nigh. The terror of the bear that mocked love and brotherhood. The hour of the humble democrat who never was humble, and with him comes poverty, homelessness and, with them, all the explosions of dissolution. Darkness comes and, after that, Light from the South. And the Cross!”

    The dragon is widely used as a symbol of England and Wales. Might the bear refer to Russia and the Slavs? The hypocrisy of “democrats” is a global phenomenon nowadays.

    The other psychography that might point to the London Olympics was composed in 1938 and comes from Ms Bryson’s private archive. It seems to show a series of symbols and images of London, Britain and the Olympics, and carries an ominous message: “The Hour of Great Tribulation has Come!”

    It too seems to show Big Ben, a jagged outline of the Olympic Stadium, English flags (a cross) and even the one-eyed Olympic mascot.

    Still to Come?

    Below is a small sample of Benjamín Solari Parravicini’s other prophecies that have not come to pass yet, and if proven true will have unprecedented impact on Mankind…

    “The ugliness and deformity with which ‘extra-terrestrials’ are shown is human fantasy. That does not exist” (1972).

    “Obelisks on the moon shall one day speak and shall destroy the voice of man” (1972).

    “The seven-circular-step lunar crater shall reveal its secret to mankind” (late thirties).

    “Interplanetary vessels come to earth in PEACE” (1960).

    “Earthbound civilisation includes a lost civilisation that was far superior to the ones that followed it…” (1960).

    “The interplanetary amphibious vessels shall show us the existence of inhabitable Canals inside the Earth. They shall submerge in the South Pole only to reappear in the North Pole in a matter of seconds!!” (1960).

    “In view of the many visits from extra-terrestrial vessels, science will first deny, then doubt, and finally shall say ‘It is true!’ And our wisdom shall stay behind. They have been watching and contemplating us for centuries” (1940).

    “There shall appear flying high above in circles of light, bringing alien beings from other planets. Yes, they are the ones who came to populate Earth and it shall be well told. Yes! Those called angels in the Old Testament, or the voice of Jehovah, shall again appear and they shall be seen and Heard” (1938).

    Argentina

    Many predictions refer to BSP’s native Argentina and have so far proven grimly accurate:

    “RA. Argentine Republic must ready itself to suffer. They shall have some thugs that will reduce the country to a fascist-style communism. Death shall run through streets and roads” (1938). To many, the author included, a reflection of today’s Argentina under the corrupt Kirchner government and the increasing violence of all sorts that their erred policies have triggered throughout the country.

    “On its new Constitution, breaking with prior norms, a tall mountain of evil figures shall arise. All of them will cover their hidden agendas behind their make-believe masks” (1940). In 1994, Argentina sanctioned a new Constitution with dire results as it has given the corrupt political party system a veritable monopoly over political power.

    Since then, successive administrations have gone from bad to worse, starting with the corrupt Carlos Menem government (1994-1999), followed by the grossly failed Fernando De la Rúa government that dumped the country into an abyss of chaos (1999-2001), the ignorant interim administration of Eduardo Duhalde (2002-2003) and finally today’s grossly corrupt and perverse Néstor and Cristina Kirchner administrations (2003 to date).

    In more general terms, he foresaw that, “Argentina shall suffer on a small scale, what shall later hit the World. It shall set an example!” (1938).

    There is much truth to the first part of this message, as the unprecedented financial and social collapse Argentina went through in 2001/2004, triggered by its Sovereign Debt default, gave the global banking money masters a practical opportunity on how to macro-manage a full-fledged collapse and not only get away with it, but also make a huge profit out of it.

    Argentina was used as a sort of “leading case” and ten years later the banksters are now applying those lessons they learned from Argentina in countries like Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy and others.

    When times are troubled as they are today, we would do well to lend an ear to what the very few prophets still left are saying. Their messages might be hard to unravel but they hold warnings and guidelines that we would certainly do well to heed.

    It’s certainly worth listening to Benjamín Solari Parravicini as many of his hundreds of prophetic messages are yet to be fulfilled. Interestingly for those of us living in the Southern Hemisphere, an idea that runs through many of BSP’s messages is his belief that Salvation shall come from the South. In a similar tone wrote Chilean diplomat Miguel Serrano, in line with many Europeans and North Americans who, despairing at today’s materialistic world that is falling apart at the seams, have also looked Southwards for a true renewal.

    Of Towering Infernos, False Flags & Terrorism

    When Moscow’s Federation Tower skyscraper caught fire last April, images of the blazing inferno on its upper floors were grim reminders of the September 11, 2001 terror attacks on the Twin Towers of New York City’s World Trade Centre.

    However, had the “9/11 laws of physics” prevailed, Federation Tower would have collapsed into its footprint at free-fall speed and turned into an inches-deep dust carpet covering central Moscow. Clearly, that is not what happened…

    What did happen was that twenty Moscow fire brigades and helicopters fought the blaze throughout the night, bringing it under control and finally extinguishing it.

    Birth of the “Global War on Terror”

    Indeed, strange events surround the 9/11 terror attack, which has become the watershed event of our modern times. For it marks the beginning of Imperial Overdrive on the part of the United States, Britain and key allies in Europe and the Middle East, all masqueraded as the “Global War on Terror.” In just over a decade, this war has cost untold suffering, death and injury to millions of people and widespread violence in many countries, some of which have since been invaded and destroyed.

    Closer to home, 9/11 has served to “justify” today’s Gestapo-like 24/7 total surveillance police-state spying on the domestic populations of the US, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and – even if to a lesser degree – in most other countries too.

    These are just two of the many significant reasons why the 9/11 Event needs to be revisited and reassessed until the full truth finally comes out: who really did it, why did they do it, how did they manage to pull it off, and who have been hiding or at least diverting the awful truth about it and why?

    We need not delve here on all the flagrant contradictions and damned lies propagated by US authorities and the mainstream media to this very day. In this respect, readers are recommended to visit the many excellent and well-researched and documented sites on the Internet, including Scholarsfor911Truth.com, 911Truth.org, wtc7.net, 911research.com, and wtc7.net, amongst others.

    Rather, it’s the dramatic geopolitical consequences of the flagrant 9/11 lies that need to be increasingly stressed. By now, all independent thinking people know that the World Trade Centre was not brought down by 19 suicidal fanatics led by some nut hiding inside a deep cave in Afghanistan.

    Funnily, this is the most grotesque and idiotic conspiracy theory ever told and yet… that is exactly what US, UK and European authorities expect the world to believe occurred. People everywhere, however, are increasingly waking up to the obvious fact that steel-framed buildings don’t just collapse the way the World Trade Centre did.

    Steel and Concrete Skyscrapers Do Not Crumble to Dust…

    Moscow’s Federation Tower is just one of many examples of high-rise steel buildings suffering catastrophic fires and yet remaining intact. Let’s take a quick look at other eloquent examples, some dating back many decades:

    On 17 October 2004, a fire broke out in Caracas, Venezuela’s tallest skyscraper housing the Ministry of Infrastructure. The upper 20 of its 50 floors were destroyed and yet… it did not collapse.

    On 12 February 2005, Madrid’s 33 storey Winsor Tower suffered a huge fire causing the outer parts of its 30 upper floors to partially collapse. It took fire fighters a full day to extinguish the blaze and yet the building… did not collapse.

    On 23 February 1991, a major fire at One Meridian Plaza, a 38 storey skyscraper in Philadelphia, gutted 8 floors, killed 3 fire fighters and causing US$100 million in direct fire losses. The fire burned for over 19 hours, broke most windows on the fire floors; vertical columns were not damaged but horizontal beams sagged as much as 3 feet. The building did not collapse and was finally demolished eight years later.

    28 July 1945: lost in heavy fog, a World War II twin-engine B-25 bomber rammed straight into New York City’s emblematic Empire State Building at the 78th, 79th and 80th floor levels igniting major fires and yet… the building did not collapse.

    On 15 November 2010 a 28-story high-rise apartment building in Shanghai, China was completely destroyed by fire killing dozens, but the building did not collapse.

    On 26 February 1993 – World Trade Centre’s North Tower suffered the detonation of a massive 600 kilogram Urea-Nitrate-Hydrogen gas-enhanced truck bomb deep under its basement level which was intended to topple the building, and yet… it did not budge an inch…

    Ground Zero: Criminal Destruction of a Major Crime Scene

    These and many other similar examples of catastrophic fires on high-rise buildings beg the question: what really happened on 9/11? Why did the two towers collapse at free-fall speed? Why did they turn into dust? Why was all the evidence immediately removed, whisked away and destroyed by US authorities?

    What happened to those massive foundation beams cut at exactly 45° – tell-tale signs of controlled demolitions – that quickly disappeared? Think about it: the world’s deadliest and most famous crime scene where over 3,000 people were murdered was quickly gutted by the FBI, FEMA, police and military authorities; all the evidence removed and destroyed so that no forensic analyses could be done. Whatever steel beams and trusses survived were quickly sold as scrap metal to steel mills in South Korea, Taiwan and other countries for immediate melting and re-forging.

    One would have at least expected US authorities to be curious to find out why two 110 storey towers lying next to each other collapsed so suddenly and catastrophically, if only to learn how to build stronger buildings in the future that won’t come down so very easily.

    Everyone knows that whenever a major airliner disaster occurs, civil aviation authorities carefully pick up all the pieces, trying to put the unlucky airliner back together in some far-off hangar so they can investigate and maybe discover what went wrong. The cause of the accident – a faulty rudder, fuel tank, wing strut, avionics, hydraulic system, or whatever – can be re-designed so that airplane type and model is made safer.

    Not on Ground Zero. US authorities cleared the area of all beams, trusses, bolts, burying whatever body parts turned up in the rubble, very fast. They only seemed concerned in ensuring Ground Zero quickly became “hallowed ground”: a mystical symbol inspiring the new-born Global War on Terror.

    Physicists, engineers and the WTC’s own architects and builders state that the Twin Towers were built to resist direct hits from the largest jetliner of the late 60’s – the Boeing 707 – which is about as big and carries about as much fuel as the more modern Boeing 767’s that rammed into both Towers on 9/11.

    What brought the towers down was the jets’ fuel, say government experts. And yet both fires inside the upper floors of the Twin Towers were not hot – certainly not hot enough to melt steel beams – hence their orange colour and thick black smoke, both evidence of bad or “cold” combustion. Why, even the blue flame coming out of your kitchen stove is much hotter than that, and yet your steel pots and pans do not melt every time you cook your food, right?

    Worse still: video images of both jet impacts were very dramatic, particularly the ones of the South Tower that showed a massive, huge fireball exploding… outside the building!! Yes, indeed: a large part – perhaps most – of the fuel exploded outside and away from the tower. And yet… the South Tower collapsed first whilst videos show signs of molten steel pouring down from a spot around the 80th floor, something that was clearly not caused by jet fuel, which is basically refined kerosene. Tell-tale signs perhaps of Thermite and Nano-thermite, both of which are high-power military explosives?

    That is what a report published in the April 2009 edition of The Open Chemical Physics Journal concludes. Led by University of Copenhagen chemistry professor Niels H. Harrit, a research team of nine chemists concludes they “…discovered distinctive red/gray chips in all the samples we have studied of the dust produced by the destruction of the World Trade Centre. Examination of four of these samples, collected from separate sites of… these red/gray chips show marked similarities in all four samples. …The red portion of these chips is found to be an unreacted thermitic material and highly energetic.”1

    Clearly a “smoking gun,” although not exactly the one George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld and Condoleezza Rice were looking for!

    WTC7 – The Solomon Building

    Then we have that 64 million dollar question that no one can answer: why did 47-storey World Trade Centre Tower No. 7 – that was not hit by any airplane and only suffered moderate fires on its 6th and 12th floors that were being extinguished at the time – suddenly collapse into its own footprint also at free-fall speed at 5:30pm on that fateful day?

    This nice and tidy controlled demolition even allowed for the authorities to evacuate the building so nobody got hurt. WTC7 was home to SEC (Securities & Exchange Commission) offices investigating Enron, WorldCom and high-tech stock market bubble scandals, as well as the Secret Service’s largest field office. Alas! All the evidence they had put together came down with the building…

    Further, was WTC7 also home to a secret ultra hi-tech Command Post housing all the hardware and electronics necessary to sequentially (and probably wirelessly) detonate bombs placed inside the Twin Towers to bring them down? Once that operation was achieved, how perfect to destroy all the evidence under thousands of tons of rubble from the collapsed building? It’s just too good (or bad!) to be true!

    Far Too Many “Significant Questions…”

    We could add to all of this the incredible NORAD, FAA, USAF air defence failures over New York City and Washington DC – the most defended airspace on planet Earth; or the ridiculously small hole left by a large (alleged) Boeing 757 airliner in the Pentagon; or the almost complete lack of commercial jetliner debris in all four crashes; or the fact war games were being carried out at exactly the same time, in the same places and under the same attack scenarios; or the exceptional volume of “put options” short-selling American and United airlines stock which reaped nice earnings for some anonymous people who never dared to show up to cash them; or the fact that Osama bin Laden was immediately accused of being 9/11’s mastermind and culprit and yet for almost a decade the FBI had him on their “Most Wanted” list for other attacks but not a word about 9/11; or the glaring omissions in the 9/11 Commission and NIST reports and their grotesque computer model “proofs”; or incredible cell phones that worked at 30,000 feet; or the very suspicious US government-sponsored Bin Laden family airlift ordered by President George W. Bush once full grounding of all aircraft had taken place on 9/11; or the fact that only a day before defence secretary Donald Rumsfeld admitted the Pentagon was “missing” a mere 2.3 trillion (US$2,300,000,000,000!) in unaccounted for assets; or the fact that the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey decided to privatise the WTC to Larry Silverstein just two months earlier and that Lucky Larry got billions of dollars in insurance indemnity, even after he admitted on public TV that he agreed to “pull” the building down on that dreadful afternoon; or the FBI’s “lucky find” of WTC1 suicide pilot Mohammed Atta’s intact passport on the sidewalk below; or….

    False Flag Attacks

    More and more lucid people inside and outside the US are waking to the fact that 9/11 can only be explained as foul play purposely perpetrated by extremely powerful groups of players that are embedded deep inside the public and private power structures of the United States and its key allies, notably Israel, who have their own independent agenda. 

    They are “False Flag” attacks, and involve staging carefully calculated very high-profile attacks on one’s own country and interests, and then laying the blame on whichever “enemy” the perpetrators wish to wage war against.

    This is nothing new, especially in the United States where False Flag operations are a traditional foreign policy tool of deception. Intelligence agencies contingently partner and interact with discrete clandestine and criminal groups in order to plan and execute such vile acts of terrorism. They range from intentional provocation and “letting things happen,” to outright execution.

    Understanding False Flags as part of US/UK/Israel foreign policy and war efforts not only explains key high profile dramatic events that “justified” war against a wide assortment of “enemies” in the past, but also helps us understand present-day US, UK, French and Israeli behaviour in places like Syria, Iran, Libya, Africa and Latin America. In all cases, one key objective stands out: promoting US/UK & Allies’ imperial expansion and consolidation as global hegemons.

    A quick overview of historical False Flags:

    1898: The US battleship “Maine” was blown up in Havana Harbour, triggering the Spanish-American War won by the US. This left Cuba, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Philippines as war booty for the Americans. It also included an early media PsyWar exercise led by William Randolph Hearst’s yellow journalism press that whipped up hysterical war frenzy amongst US citizens with his “Remember the Maine, to hell with Spain!” rhetoric. Years later, it was proven the ship either suffered a coal explosion or, more likely, a bomb attack. Divers later found that the ship’s armour plates were blown from the inside out, and not from the outside as would be caused by an enemy bomb.

    In May 1915, the British passenger ship “RMS Lusitania” was sunk by the U20 German submarine, killing 1,200 of its almost 2,000 passengers; 128 of the dead were US citizens. A week earlier, Imperial Germany’s embassy in Washington DC had issued public warnings to passengers because “Lusitania” was known to regularly transport military supplies to Britain in its war effort against Germany and was, thus, a legitimate war target. Winston Churchill, then Britain’s First Lord of the Admiralty, used the “Lusitania” as bait knowing the Germans would try to sink it.2 On its last voyage, it carried 6 million pounds of shells and munitions shipped by JP Morgan Bank to clients in Britain and France, which explains the catastrophic explosion that quickly sank the vessel. Although it was illegal for passenger ships to transport war materials, it nevertheless “justified” US entry into World War I in 1917. Winston was very happy…

    7 December 1941 was US President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s “day that will live in infamy” when Japan attacked a US naval base at Pearl Harbour, Hawaii. In his famous speech, he went on to say, “The United states was at peace with that nation,” and yet for six months before the Pearl Harbour attack a US volunteer squadron known as The Flying Tigers had been running attack missions against Japanese forces in China causing the Japanese to lose 100 aircraft. Pearl Harbour was part of a war plan against Japan, where it served as bait for the Japanese to bite, and they did. The US had captured Japanese “Magic” decrypting machines, so they knew about an impending Japanese attack, and just “let it happen.” In fact, Roosevelt gave several of those decrypting machines to his British allies, but none to his US naval commanders in the Pacific. Hawaii’s navy commander Admiral Husband Kimmel and army commander Lt. General Walter Short were used as scapegoats, found “incompetent,” demoted and retired. However, it “justified” US entry into World War II.3

    In March 1963, “Operation Northwoods” planned by the US Joint Chiefs of Staff was described in a document titled “Justification for US Military Intervention in Cuba.” It included staging assassinations and terror attacks in the Miami area, “sinking a boatload of Cuban refugees (real or simulated),” faking a Cuban air force attack on a US civilian airliner and blowing up a US ship in Cuban waters. All to be then blamed on Fidel Castro. Then US President John F. Kennedy did not give his approval, which must have certainly earned him further internal enemies…

    2 August 1964: Another ‘day of infamy’ when North Vietnamese boats allegedly twice attacked the US destroyer Maddox in the Gulf of Tonkin. The truth is that, at the time, the South Vietnamese were running raids against the North in that area. The ‘incident’ was used as a pretext for massive escalation of the Vietnam War by the Lyndon B. Johnson Administration. The Pentagon Papers published in 1971 later showed that this ‘incident’ never even happened!

    During the June 1967 Six-Day War between Israel and its Arab neighbours, unmarked jet fighters repeatedly attacked and bombed the USS Liberty patrolling international waters off Palestine in the clear hope that its sinking could then be blamed on Gamel Nasser’s Egypt, thus dragging the US into a war for Israel. Unfortunately (for Israel) the American ship did not sink, although 35 of its crew were killed by Israeli napalm and bombs. Until his death in 1999, the USS Liberty’s commander William McGonagle demanded that secret documents on this perfidious case be released. They never were.

    These are but a few of the “fleet” of implicit staged False Flag events of which 9/11 is the “mother ship.” All we can add is, “Mission Accomplished!”

    Outside the US we also encounter incredible “coincidences” surrounding London’s Underground terror bombings of 7 July 2005, where private firm Visor Consultants admitted it was running a mock anti-terror drill in which the fictional scenario was exactly the same as the real attacks that were then taking place.

    Visor’s Managing Director Peter Power declared live on BBC Radio that day, “At half past nine this morning we were actually running an exercise for a company of over a thousand people in London based on simultaneous bombs going off precisely at the railway stations where it happened this morning, so I still have the hairs on the back of my neck standing up right now.” Yeah, sure… we believe you!

    Some Conclusions

    Clearly we see a pattern of covert False Flag attacks that are part of the imperial war strategy of the US, Britain, Israel and their allies. Of course, false flags require careful planning, ample financing, absolute secrecy, fully prepared media coverage using powerful PsyWar techniques, and a suitable assortment of smoke screens, scapegoats and patsies.

    High profile government officers – presidents, cabinet ministers, congressmen – must be kept as far away as possible from the entire planning and execution process.

    Even if they are the ones giving the final go ahead, they must never be perceived as having somehow been in the know regarding the “coming attack.” They must look and act as “surprised” as everybody else! And if doubts do start to arise afterwards, they must have full protection; it’s all part of the False-Flag Model.

    That, for instance, is what National Security secrecy legislation exists for: to ensure that sensitive and damning evidence can be put away, and finger-pointing information fully clamped down for 25, 50, 75, even 100 years if need be.

    The model always includes an “investigation” by a “committee” of notables. Like the 9/11 Commission chaired by insiders Thomas H. Kean and Lee H. Hamilton and directed by Philip Zelikow. If they summon top brass like George W. Bush and Dick Cheney to “testify,” that too must be done according to discrete rules of engagement, i.e., in full secrecy, both of them declaring together so they agree and correct their “answers” to ensure they are “the correct ones.”4

    They know only too well that, in the long run, the truth ends up surfacing as with the “attacks” on the Maine, Lusitania or Pearl Harbour. The important thing is to “buy time.” If enough time goes by, they can deal with and whitewash everything, as long as the public eye perceives such “revelations” not so much as a political issue, but rather as a historical issue.

    What harm can really arise today if we discover that Woodrow Wilson and F.D. Roosevelt tricked the US into two European wars? Even the Vietnam War is history today; for most people it boils down to several good Hollywood movies and some black-and-white images of hippy peace parades in the sixties.

    Once something becomes “history,” it can be suitably handled, controlled and sanitised. The great opportunity we have today is that the most hideous and dramatic false flag events like 11 September 2001 and 7 July 2005 in London are not “history” (not yet, anyway) but rather an integral part of the ongoing global political scene, that continues to be used to justify US, UK, Israeli & Allies Imperial Overdrive.

    If, thanks to technology, the Internet, the huge dissemination of information, we can somehow bring out the truth regarding these atrocities and who really committed them, to a sufficiently large portion of global public opinion, that will then spell real trouble – even the collapse – of today’s horrific clandestine, illegitimate, unelected and criminal Global Power Masters.

    They perpetrate their mischief enshrouded in deeply entrenched positions of power inside the formal public and private power structures of the US, UK, Israel, France and the EU.

    So, in a way, we have much to be optimistic about. All we need to do is persevere in our endeavours to bring the truth out. Once critical mass amongst the world’s collective psyche is reached, then a tipping point will no doubt be quickly reached in which this whole perverted system of global lies topples over and sinks.     Mind Control & the New World Order

    On 28 November 1953, at 2 am, a man crashed through a closed window and fell to his death from the 10th floor of the Statler Hotel in New York City. He was identified as Frank Olson, a bacteriologist with the US Army Research Center at Fort Detrick, Maryland. He had fallen from a room he shared with another scientist, Robert Lashbrook. It was ruled a suicide.

    Twenty-two years later, in 1975, William Colby, then CIA director, declassified documents that changed the complexion of the case. It was revealed that Olson had actually been an undercover CIA operative at Fort Detrick, and that one week prior to his death, he had been drinking Cointreau at a high-level meeting with scientists at Deep Creek Lodge in rural Maryland. The Cointreau was laced with a large dose of LSD administered by his CIA boss, Sidney Gottlieb. He was then sent to New York with Lashbrook, also with the CIA, to see a psychiatrist because the LSD had induced a psychosis.

    It was also revealed that Olson had been part of the top secret CIA program that was known as Project MK-ULTRA, exploring the use of chemicals and drugs for purposes of mind control, and bacteriological agents for covert assassination. Olson had been working on ways to deliver anthrax in aerosol form, for use as a weapon. New evidence that came to light, through the persistent efforts of Olson’s son Eric, made the suicide ruling highly suspect.

    It turned out that Olson had been labelled a security risk by British intelligence after getting upset witnessing human experimentation on a trip to Frankfurt, Germany the previous summer. Eric Olson now believes that his father was drugged and then murdered to make sure that he didn’t reveal the secrets of the MK-ULTRA project. Following the 1975 revelations, the government must have felt more than a little guilt about the affair because Olson’s family was given a 17 minute audience with US President Ford, who apologised to them, and they were awarded damages in the amount of $750,000.

    Controlling Human Behaviour

    The MK-ULTRA program was instituted on 13 April 1953 by CIA Director Allen Dulles, ostensibly to counter the brainwashing techniques of American prisoners being held by the North Koreans during the Korean War, and to duplicate those techniques on enemy prisoners, i.e. the creation of “Manchurian Candidates.” This was the claim used to obtain funding for the project. However, the Prisoner of War brainwashing program was just the tip of the iceberg, and the CIA-sponsored experiments ventured far and wide into areas of Mind Control under the aegis of MK-ULTRA that had little or nothing to do with methods of interrogation.

    The Colby revelations were part of a sweeping investigation of the CIA in January 1975 by the “Commission on CIA Activities Within the United States,” chaired by Vice-President Nelson Rockefeller. The subsequent June 1975 Report to the President said: “The drug program was part of a much larger CIA program to study possible means for controlling human behaviour. Other studies explored the effects of radiation, electric-shock, psychology, psychiatry, sociology and harassment substances.”

    Even though the program got off to a rocky start with the Olson affair, it recovered quickly and became an umbrella project with 149 sub-projects. The overall guiding principal was succinctly stated in an internal CIA memo dated January 1952: “Can we get control of an individual to the point where he will do our bidding against his will and even against fundamental laws of nature such as self-preservation?” 

    The drug program came under the aegis of the Chemical Division of the Technical Services Staff headed up by Sidney Gottlieb from 1951 to 1956. Gottlieb was a highly intelligent eccentric who drank goat’s milk, enjoyed folk-dancing, and raised Christmas trees on his farm outside Washington.

    The Agency funded LSD research programs at major medical centres and universities including Boston Psychopathic, Mt. Sinai Hospital at Columbia University, University of Illinois Medical School, University of Oklahoma and others. The funding was carried out secretly through the Josiah Macy Foundation, and the Geschickter Fund for Medical Research in Washington, D.C. The CIA claimed the secrecy was necessary to keep it from the Russians, but we have already seen that it was part of much larger project to learn how to control human behaviour in general, so this is not credible.

    Gottlieb told Dr. Harold Abramson at Mt. Sinai (who just happened to be the psychiatrist that Olson was supposed to see!) that he wanted “operationally pertinent materials [about]: a. Disturbance of Memory; b. Discrediting by Aberrant Behaviour; c. Alteration of Sex Patterns; d. Eliciting of Information; e. Suggestibility; f. Creation of Dependence.” That sounds like pretty deep stuff for the spy game. They were really afraid of public reaction and congressional condemnation, especially since the CIA charter did not allow domestic operations, and certainly prohibited experimentation on US citizens.

    The callousness of the research is best exemplified by the CIA-funded work of Dr. Harris Isbell, the Director of the Addiction Research Center in Lexington, Kentucky. The drug addict hospital inmates, who were mostly black, were encouraged to volunteer for LSD research in return for hard drugs of their choice or time off their sentences. In most cases, they were given pure morphine or heroin. At one point Isbell kept seven men on LSD for 77 straight days. Many others were on it for up to 42 days.

    Concerning extended LSD usage, John Marks in his landmark book The Search for the Manchurian Candidate: The CIA and Mind Control says about writer Hunter S. Thompson (recently deceased) that he “frightened his readers with accounts of drug (LSD) binges lasting a few days, during which Thompson felt his brain boiling away in the sun, his nerves wrapping around enormous barbed wire forts, and his remaining faculties reduced to their reptilian antecedents.” The recent movie The Rum Diary, starring Johnny Depp, based on the autobiographical book by Hunter S. Thompson, presents an imaginative re-enactment of his LSD adventures.

    The CIA Turns On the Counter-Culture

    Not satisfied with university research, Gottlieb recruited New York narcotics agent George White to distribute LSD surreptitiously to the “borderline underworld.” Operating through safe houses in Greenwich Village, Haight-Ashbury and Marin County, White gave doses to prostitutes, pimps, drug addicts and other “marginal people” and then observed the results and reported to Gottlieb.

    John Marks says they were people “who would be powerless to seek any sort of revenge if they ever found out what the CIA had done to them. In addition to their being unlikely whistle-blowers, such people lived in a world where an unwitting dose of some drug… was an occupational hazard anyway.”

    Eventually, White started using it randomly all over New York and San Francisco. Regarding the results, Marks says, “The MKULTRA scientists reaped little but disaster, mischief, and disappointment from their efforts to use LSD as a miracle weapon against the minds of their opponents.” Yet, they continued this program for 10 years until 1963.

    Ironically, since the CIA had pretty much cornered the market on LSD internationally, buying up all the product of Sandoz and Eli Lilly, the spread of the drug to the counter-culture was through the Agency. Timothy Leary, Ken Kesey, Allen Ginsburg and Tom Wolfe were first “turned on” thanks to the CIA, and that’s how the “flower children” became psychedelic.

    But, the LSD experiments may have been more successful than Marks realised. They were carefully noting the precise effects on brain chemistry, and in the six areas that Gottlieb was concerned with: memory disturbance, aberrant behaviour, altered sexual patterns, eliciting information, suggestibility and creation of dependence. This became evident when they started using LSD as an adjunct in hypnotic and electronic experiments.

    Re-Patterning the Brain

    Perhaps the most notorious and nefarious MK-ULTRA sub-project was carried out at the Allan Memorial Institute in Montreal, Canada under the directorship of Dr. Donald Ewen Cameron, an American from Albany, New York. Cameron had trained at the Royal Mental Hospital in Glasgow, Scotland, under eugenicist Sir David Henderson, and founded the Canadian branch of the World Federation for Mental Health. At various times, he was elected president of the Canadian, American, and World psychiatric associations. In other words, Cameron was no renegade but had the full faith and endorsement of the world psychiatric establishment.

    The CIA wanted Cameron to “depattern” the contents of the brain to make it receptive to new patterning. David Remnick in a Washington Post article on 28 July 1985 said, “The…. heart of the laboratory was the Grid Room…. The subject was strapped into a chair involuntarily, by force, his head bristling with electrodes and transducers. Any resistance was met with a paralysing dose of curare. The subject’s brainwaves were beamed to a nearby reception room crammed with voice analysers, a wire recorder and radio receivers cobbled together… The systematic annihilation or ‘depatterning’ of a subject’s mind and memory was accomplished with overdoses of LSD, barbiturate sleep for 65 days at a stretch and ECT shocks at 75 times the recommended dosage. Psychic driving, the repetition of a recorded message for 16 hours a day, programmed the empty mind. Fragile patients referred to Allan Memorial for help were thus turned into carbuncular jellyfish.”

    Anton Chaitkin in his essay, ‘British Psychiatry: From Eugenics to Assassination’, says: “Patients lost all or part of their memories, and some lost the ability to control their bodily functions and to speak. At least one patient was reduced almost to a vegetable; then Cameron had the cognitive centres of her brain surgically cut apart, while keeping her alive. Some subjects were deposited permanently in institutions for the hopelessly insane.”

    The CIA funded these horrors through a front called “The Society for the Investigation of Human Ecology.” Other supporters of the Allan Institute were the Rockefeller Foundation, the Geschickter Foundation, and the Canadian government.

    About Cameron’s work, Wikipedia says: “Naomi Klein states, in her book The Shock Doctrine, that Cameron’s research and his contribution to the MKUltra project was actually not about mind control and brainwashing, but ‘to design a scientifically based system for extracting information from “resistant sources.” In other words, torture’. And citing a book from Alfred W. McCoy it further says that ‘Stripped of its bizarre excesses, Cameron’s experiments, building upon Donald O. Hebb’s earlier breakthrough, laid the scientific foundation for the CIA’s two-stage psychological torture method’.” This method was codified in the infamous “KUBARK Counterintelligence Interrogation Manual” published by the CIA in July 1963, and in the Human Resources Exploitation Training Manual – 1983 that was used in CIA training courses in Latin American countries up until 1987. These manuals describe methods of psychological torture, far more potent than physical torture, to elicit information from “resistant sources.”

    An Orwellian Nightmare

    As one would expect, the technologies now available to the mind-controllers have zoomed off the chart to the point where George Orwell’s world of omni-surveillance now seems almost quaint. Of course, it is true that 1984 was 28 years ago. But even as far back as 1970, US congressman James Scheur was able to say, “As a result of spinoffs from medical, military aerospace and industrial research, we are now in the process of developing devices and products capable of controlling violent mobs without injury. We can tranquillise, impede, immobilise, harass, shock, upset, stupefy, nauseate, chill, temporarily blind, deafen or just plain scare the wits out of anyone the police have a proper need to control and restrain.”

    A brief survey of some of the scariest products known to be in the arsenal of the secretive alphabet agencies arrayed against John Q. Public are such devices as the Neurophone, patented by Dr. Patrick Flanagan in 1968. It converts sound to electrical impulses which can be delivered from satellites. When aimed at individuals, the impulses travel directly to the brain where the sounds are re-assembled and appear to be voices inside the head, which can be perceived as coming from God, or telepathic aliens, or whatever. Or the sounds can come out of a turned-off TV or radio. Through software, the device can mimic anyone’s voice and translate into any language.

    It is believed that the CIA, DIA, NSA et al use the Neurophone to deliver threats and propaganda to selected targets, or just to torment someone they don’t like. One can imagine the possibilities. Could this explain some of the killings by “psychopaths” who say they were instructed by God, such as Mark David Chapman, David Berkowitz, or Sirhan Sirhan? If they had been previously evaluated through sophisticated personality assessments and groomed by LSD or hypnosis, such voices could easily tip the balance and convince them to kill.

    We’ve all heard about the “Thought Police” and laughed because it seemed so implausible. Well, the joke is on us. Brain scanning technology is now well-advanced. In 1974, Lawrence Pinneo, a neurophysiologist and electronic engineer with the Stanford Research Institute succeeded in correlating brain wave patterns from EEGs with specific words. In 1994, the brain wave patterns of 40 subjects were officially correlated with both spoken words and silent thought at the University of Missouri. It is believed that US intelligence agencies now have a brain wave vocabulary of over 60,000 words in most common languages.

    Brain waves constitute a magnetic field around the head (the aura), each person having a unique, identifiable electromagnetic signature which becomes visible through Kirlian photography, and these fields can be monitored by satellites. The translated results are then fed back to ground-side super computers at speeds of up to 20 gigabytes/second. Neurophone messages can then be beamed to selected individuals based on their thoughts. It is believed that about one million people around the globe are now monitored on a regular basis. As these numbers increase, as they certainly will, to include most educated and important people in the world, the New World Order will definitely have arrived.

    As Australian writer Paul Baird has observed, “no-one will ever be able to even think about expressing an opinion contrary to those forced on us by the New World Order. There will literally be no intellectual property that cannot be stolen, no writing that cannot be censored, no thought that cannot be suppressed (by the most oppressive/invasive means).” Baird also claims that ex-military/intelligence whistle-blowers have reported that experiments in controlling voters with these techniques have been tried in several foreign countries. So much for democracy.

    Other technologies, such as microwave bombardment to confuse and disorient field personnel, microchip implantation, silently delivered acoustical subliminal messages, widespread population control through psychiatric drugs, and extreme close-up satellite-based viewing able to read documents indoors, are all well-developed and in use by military and intelligence agencies. This doesn’t even address the monitoring of overt spoken and written material. Under Project ECHELON, the NSA monitors every call, fax, e-mail and computer data message in and out of the US, Canada and several other countries. Their computers then search for key words and phrases. Anything or anyone of interest draws the attention of agency operatives, who can then commence surveillance operations by the NSA or other intelligence agencies.

    Novel Capabilities

    We conclude with a chilling vision of the future from the US Air Force Scientific Advisory Board. It is from New World Vistas of Air and Space Power for the 21st Century.

    “Prior to the mid-21st century, there will be a virtual explosion of knowledge in the field of neuroscience. We will have achieved a clear understanding of how the human brain works, how it really controls the various functions of the body, and how it can be manipulated (both positively and negatively). One can envision the development of electromagnetic energy sources, the output of which can be pulsed, shaped, and focused, that can couple with the human body in a fashion that will allow one to prevent voluntary muscular movements, control emotions (and thus actions), produce sleep, transmit suggestions, interfere with both short-term and long-term memory, produce an experience set, and delete an experience set. This will open the door for the development of some novel capabilities that can be used in armed conflict, in terrorist/hostage situations, and in training…”

    And based on the past clandestine abuses of MK-ULTRA reviewed above, one can predict with relative certainty that these capabilities will be used on civilians, with or without their knowledge or acquiescence, in the service of the New World Order.

    Illuminati Hell Or Aquarian Heaven?

    In March 1991, Random House published The Seeker’s Handbook – The Complete Guide to Spiritual Pathfinding (TSH). The book was carefully timed to serve the need it defined, a need I identified in the social-spiritual trends of that moment: namely, the need for orientation to, and clarification of, the options presented in the New Age movement (NAM), loosely known as alternative spirituality.

    The dawn of the 1990s saw that movement peaking. My intention with this book was to offer a pathfinding tool, something like an intellectual compass for navigating through the huge array of books, teachers, programs, and practices that had been proliferating massively since the 1960s.

    To that end, I proposed the metaphor of the labyrinth to describe the multiple winding pathways facing modern truth-seekers. I also suggested that in our time, due to the very multiplicity of options for spiritual development – everything from Baha’i to Buddhism to body work, from alchemy to zen – the task of pathfinding itself becomes an art. Sorting out what principle, program, or person you are going to follow in undertaking a spiritual practice to guide your life is on its own terms a challenging practice, regardless of which practice you finally adopt! This observation is as true now, I would say, as it was when I wrote the book.

    The Hermetica

    It has not always been so, of course. I dedicated a long section of TSH to describe “how the radio came to the beach.” That is to say, how it developed historically that Western society today faces such a vast range of options for self-development along spiritual, metaphysical, and mystical lines. Without going back beyond the Dark Ages to the destruction of the Mysteries – another investigation, covered at length in Not in His Image – I came forward from the Renaissance. The key event that laid the foundation for today’s eclectic New Age spirituality was the discovery of a sheaf of writings entitled the Hermetica. The Lexicon of 1,000 entries in TSH defines Hermetics:

    From Greek, Hermes, equivalent to the Egyptian Thoth, the God of writing, calculation and the sacred arts. Loosely, the body of technical and inspirational teachings believed to be derived from the secret schools of the Egyptian Mysteries. Specifically, the corpus of thirteen rare manuscripts introduced into Europe in the 15th century, which opened the way to independent spiritual seeking in the West, especially through disclosure of the concept of theogeny.

    The inception of New Age spiritual pathfinding happened in an almost single-handed way due to the influence of a Florentine nobleman, Cosimo de Medici (1389-1464). When he received the Egyptian manuscripts, Cosimo deemed the “ancient wisdom” preserved therein to be of higher value than the Bible, and predating Moses. He instructed Marsilio Ficino, appointed by him to head the Florentine Academy of Arts and Sciences, to translate the Hermetica from Greek into Latin for the edification of the trendy Italian intelligentsia of his court. In that single act, Cosimo initiated a chain of events that led ultimately to the New Age movement of today.

    TSH summarises sixteen key themes of the modern alternative spirituality, contrasted to conventional faiths such as Judaism, Christianity (Roman, Protestant, and Orthodox), and Islam: 1. ancient wisdom, 2. Gaia, goddess revival, 3. shamanism, 4. masters, 5. planetisation, 6. channeling, 7. holistics and healing arts, 8. East/West studies, 9. martial arts and the warrior path, 10. paranormal reality and psychic powers, 11. reincarnation, 12. earth changes, 13. service and group effort (Aquarian idealism), 14. metahistory (parallel or secret history), 15. para-physics, chaos/complexity theory, physics of consciousness, 16. co-creation.

    In the context of this essay, the final theme has a telling import. In the ultimate sense, it could be said that the Hermetica introduced two closely linked themes into Western society, and from this dyad all other aspects and ramifications of the New Age outlook are generated. These themes are co-creation, “you create your own reality,” and theogeny, “you become as gods, knowing good and evil.” Theogeny is a made-up word I propose, not to be confused with theogony, meaning an account of the origin and genealogy of the gods – as found in Hesiod’s poem, Theogony, for instance. Theogeny means “the birth or genesis (-geneos) of divine potential (theo-) in the human species.” The assertion of this god-like potential and the call to cultivate it, is the hallmark of New Age philosophy and ethics at its best. It is also the key point of heresy that distinguishes alternative spirituality from conventional faith.

    Not Illuminati

    Gnostics of the Mysteries designated the root of human potential by the Greek word nous, “divine intelligence,” basis of the term noetic. The Mystery Schools were a network of regional campuses where illumined teachers called telestai, “those who are aimed,” taught a vast range of sciences, arts, and vocations. These illumined teachers were most certainly NOT illuminati-type psychopaths bent on mind control and social engineering. They were dedicated teachers who had attained an advanced realisation of the nature of consciousness (noesis) and the consciousness of nature (epitomised in a living being, the goddess Sophia, also called Sapientia). In Fragments of a Faith Forgotten, Theosophic scholar G.R.S. Mead restated “the persistent tradition in connection with all the great Mystery-institutions was that their several founders were the introducers of all the arts of civilisation… they were the teachers of the infant races [who] taught the arts, the nature of the gods, the unseen worlds, cosmology, anthropology, etc.”

    Mead’s view is echoed by S. Angus, author of The Mystery-Religions: “The Mysteries were the last redoubts of Paganism to fall. Prior to that their adherents were the educators of the ancient world.”

    Today it is widely argued that the Mystery Schools of pre-Christian antiquity were think tanks for the predecessors of the current CEOs of the New World Order (NWO), psychopathic control-freaks who aim to deceive, divide, and enslave humankind. Investigators such as David Icke and Michael Tsarion expostulate endlessly on the nefarious doings of the NWO gang, making them out to be dazzling adepts of occultism who hold the world under their spell. Unfortunately, Icke, Tsarion and others consistently attribute NWO methods and aims to Paganism (grossly and ignorantly equated with Satanism) and the Mystery Schools. Nothing could be further from the truth.

    At this crucial moment in human history, when the moment comes to defeat the NWO agenda, it is a grotesque mistake to associate the globalist psychopaths with benevolent teachers of the Pagan Mystery Schools. There does not exist one shred of evidence linking the latter-day NWO agenda, derived from the Bavarian Illuminati of 1776, to those sacred institutions of education and enlightenment. I have repeatedly emphasised that self-styled detectives of the NWO agenda, having failed to do their homework, wrongly equate the rites of theocratic empowerment in ancient times with initiatory rites in the Mysteries. But the aim of the Mysteries was connection with the Great Goddess, Sophia, embodied in the earth, not social engineering under the insane presumptions of theocracy. Failure to make this distinction has mislead many investigators, not to mention those who uncritically follow them.

    The fact that some modern (alleged or self-declared) Illuminati might attribute their origins to the Mysteries does not mean it is so. In reality, the distinguishing mark of the Illuminati today is the patent error, not to say insanity, of their views on themselves, their power, and their origins! The Illuminati represent the extreme distortion of human egotism toward behaviours of psychotic deviance that threaten all life on earth. That behaviour identifies the Illuminati, regardless of what principles and pretensions are assigned to them, and no matter what ancient pedigree they attribute to themselves. That behaviour is what has to end right now if humanity is to survive and thrive in an “Aquarian” world based on social enlightenment, harmony with nature, and mutual aid.

    NWO Endgame

    Many developments unfolded after the Renaissance, leading to the New Age movement (NAM) as it stands today… I cannot possibly summarise even the basic outlines of this trajectory in a short essay. (Readers may consult TSH for a more complete treatment.) Suffice it to say that the NWO agenda, if it is to be defeated, has to be seen as it relates to the New Age agenda. One must ask, how are the two related? Both present visions for a global or planet-wide society, but obviously two extremely different conceptions of such a society. Or are we considering one vision in two different guises? It has been argued that the NAM, especially in the visionary scheme formulated by Theosophists Madame Blavatsky and Alice A. Bailey, is nothing but a disingenuous program to sucker people into the NWO nightmare of globalist mind control, disguised as a vast spiritual awakening, guidance by a spiritual elite, the unity of all religions, etc.

    The prospect of one world religion would indeed fit into the globalist plan for planet-wide centralisation and domination by a self-elected elite, but was the recent historical version of the NAM platform, following Blavatsky and others, originally conceived with that intention in mind?

    Does the Illuminati hell of globalist tyranny, implemented in the style that combines 1984 and Brave New World, incorporate for its purposes the pernicious lure of an Aquarian heaven on earth? One could debate endlessly on this touchy issue. To do so would open up enough rabbit holes to occupy a team of 1,000 researchers for decades. For instance, how would you determine if the Lucis Trust – established by Alice A. Bailey to further the aims of the Himalayan Masters of the Great White Brotherhood (GWB), “the externalisation of the hierarchy” – due to having its offices at the United Nations, is accessory to the UN plan for world domination, bureaucratic tyranny, destruction of national sovereignty, elimination of personal and civil rights, etc? In other words, how can you prove that the hierarchy of Himalayan Masters, alleged to be the “elder brothers” of humanity who guide its long-term evolution, are not backing the NWO? Or that the GWB, whether or not it is a fiction (as I strongly suspect), is not being used as a psyop to that end? I assure you, anyone undertaking these issues will have one hell of a task to sort out the players, real and fictional, and define the agendas at play, not to mention the strategies for implementing those agendas.

    So, allow me to propose a shortcut to determine if the global endgame of the NWO is working in lockstep with the supposed social idealism and religious syncretism of the NAM. The entire tentacular mess of speculations surrounding this topic can be resolved by considering this question: How do the NWO gang view those two key themes of co-creation and theogeny, compared to the views and assumptions of New Agers on the same matters? If these two views coincide and complement each other, we can infer that NWO orchestrations of social evil are indeed cooperating with NAM principles, perhaps by deliberately co-opting them, or merely due to contamination, guilt by association. It remains then for people who place themselves in alignment with New Age idealism to see through their own naiveté and abandon their views, or, if possible, reclaim them from co-optation. Let’s consider in more detail the specifics of this little exercise in spiritual discrimination.

    Hijacking Truth

    Around 1904, at the height of the Occult Revival in Europe – a late ramification of the Renaissance recovery of Hermetics and Pagan mysticism – self-styled magus Aleister Crowley declared a code for the Aeon of Horus, his version of the Aquarian Age: “Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law. Love is the law, love under will.” A great deal has been made of this banal proposition, as if it were a cosmic revelation of sorts. Crowley himself has been ridiculously idolised by a cult following, including David Bowie and many other denizens of the entertainment world – as if such attention whores need a mystical pretext for their egomania. Crowley was a sadistic, manipulative narcissist whose delusions of grandeur far exceeded actual skill in the magic arts – though his delusions were to prove highly contagious. The Book of the Law, channeled by his wife Rose Kelly, is endlessly cited as a lofty declaration of magical empowerment. In fact, the above words present nothing more than a hijacking and distortion of the Wiccan Creed: “An it harm none, do as ye will.” Significantly, Crowley dropped the crucial qualification, “an it harm none.” Hence, his thelemic law of magic comes across as an unqualified call for narcissistic indulgence, regardless of how it affects others.

    The hijacking of the Wiccan Creed, and its perversion by exclusion of crucial syntax, exemplifies how self-serving psychopaths twist genuine and benevolent alternative spiritual principles to evil ends. Wicca is a genuine and benevolent path of alternative spirituality and Gaian ethics, closely aligned to the animist path of shamanism common to indigenous cultures around the world – known crudely as “nature worship.” But whatever is potentially correct for humanity in New Age philosophy can readily be twisted against human benefit. Almost everything for social control proposed under the NWO agenda today can be evaluated by asking how it adopts and perverts some principle of the New Age movement, or a truth drawn from indigenous wisdom. This is especially so for the two seminal principles that come to definition via Hermetics around 1500: co-creation and theogeny.

    Consider theogeny first: correctly understood, this is cultivation of the divine potential inherent to the human species. But hijacked and perverted, it turns into the theocratic con of the ruling elite who take themselves for gods on earth, superhuman rulers of the world. This is a vivid example of a NAM concept perverted into a NWO imperative. Clearly, the behaviours generated by those who enact this delusion will be destructive to the world at large, and ultimately to themselves. So it goes with one of the major trends of the NWO agenda, epitomised in the toxic insanity of transhumanism.

    Now consider that other key theme, co-creation. According to Hermetic sciences rooted in the Mysteries, co-creation meant the process of humanity achieving its divine potential by working with nature, via alchemical collaboration. Alchemists of genuine achievement, distinguished from the many charlatans, regarded themselves as heirs of the Hermetic sciences. In that spirit, they advised: “Nature performeth her operations gradually; and indeed I would have thee do the same: let thy imagination be guided wholly by nature. And observe according to nature, through whom the substances regenerate themselves in the bowels of the earth. And imagine this with true and not with fantastic imagination.” (The Art of Goldmaking, 17th Century)

    In the Mystery School tradition, which might be considered the most reliable basis for genuine alternative spirituality in our time, co-creation went hand in hand with theogeny. The initiates of the Mysteries taught that humankind has been endowed with god-like potential (divine faculties, not divine identity) so that we can develop it within the setting of the divine experiment on this planet, the laboratory of nature. Clear enough, and that is about as cogent as it gets, perhaps – but what do the NWO psychopaths contrive when they hijack and pervert this proposition? They construct ecofascism as the cover for their program of looting nature and keeping all the spoils for themselves.

    Ecofascism is a kind of false flag attack on nature, blaming humanity for posing a lethal threat to the environment and then demanding that humans pay for the crime of breathing. This ploy is an insidious perversion of the “Great Work” of co-creation: create a unique human reality on earth, an Aquarian utopia, by working in harmony with nature. Note that this principle so stated avoids the narcissistic assumption that “you (alone) create your own reality.” The assertion that we as a species create reality by using the power of imagination cooperatively with nature is a premise of the Sophianic vision of the Mysteries, recovered today in Planetary Tantra. The notion that anyone creates their own reality alone, without interaction with nature and collaboration with other people, is a narcissistic delusion of the New Age.

    Discrimination

    It may appear that I have tackled the daunting issue of how NWO schemes relate to New Age principles, including the Aquarian ideal, in a somewhat general and roundabout manner. But it would be impossible to make a satisfactory analysis of particulars in an essay of this length. Also, as I said, the number of rabbit holes to explore would be prohibitive even to a large team of investigators. Normally, I favour the inductive method of Socrates: argument from individual to general cases. But with the tricky and ambiguous issue of NWO/NAM overlay, the grasp of generalities is essential and favours sorting out the details and particulars of the larger picture.

    In my analysis, principles and proposals of New Age or Aquarian Age spirituality may be adopted to the NWO agenda, but they can also remain free of that association. It depends wholly on who is trafficking in these principles and proposals, and for what purposes. To observe that ecofascism is a hijacked perversion of the alchemical principle of co-creation, does not mean that alchemists were predecessors of the current ecofascist scam. To observe that Gnostics taught theogeny, our endowment of divine potential, does not mean that Gnostics were forerunners of transhumanism and cybernetic immortality. To observe that Wiccans revere nature as a living presence does not mean that they are accessory to the insane scheme to depopulate the world on the phony pretext of unburdening Mother Earth. Deep ecology also asserts that nature has an intrinsic value on its own, regardless of it uses for human purposes. As I show in Not in His Image, this position is closely aligned to the Sophianic vision of the Mysteries, holding the earth as the embodiment of a divine being, the wisdom goddess. Any of these legitimate propositions can be perverted to the NWO agenda of domination by the elite, but that does not mean they were originally conceived to support such an agenda.

    Let’s get these issues straight on general principles. Then we will be all the more prepared to interpret particular issues and instances in which the NWO agenda appears to draw from alternative spirituality, Wicca, Gnosticism, and Pagan culture.

    In conclusion, I might add my personal view that the danger posed by NWO appropriation of alternative spirituality, including shamanism and indigenous wisdom, is amplified by the cowardice and naiveté of New Agers who refuse to look social evil in the face. Cocooned in their white-light jump suits of magical thinking, New Agers and other fantasists, including proponents of “The Secret,” persist in narcissistic con-games that blind them to the perversions of human nature to be seen in the NWO predators. But the god-complex of the NWO psychopaths and the self-fulfilling deification of NAM drones, are two poles of the same festering narcissistic disease. Whether the NWO control-freaks are using New Age idealism or not, the vast majority of New Agers are so lacking in discrimination, not to mention basic savvy for social observation, that they would not even know if their precious ideals were indeed being played in that manner. That ignorance is the real and present danger inherent to the New Age movement, making it the possible and plausible accessory to insidious agendas of social manipulation and mind control.

    Ultimately, the two socio-historical trends leading toward the NWO hell and New Age heaven might converge, which would be a huge victory for the globalist psychopaths. To prevent such a horrific development, one paramount skill has to be mastered by those who embrace the New Age philosophy of Aquarian idealism – the skill of discrimination.
